Celebrating Pride Month in style!

WE CELEBRATED PRIDE MONTH IN STYLE!

Last month we celebrated Pride month not only in B&B but across the entire business.

The Village Greene (our LGBTQ+ employee led inclusion group) did a phenomenal job of driving our efforts from the countless stories on Kingdom, and our partnership with Switchboard LGBT, to Drag Queen bingo in our support centres. June really was full of activities for us to advocate, celebrate and educate on all things Pride.

Just as Pride month concluded we launched our new Gender Identity Policy in support of our Trans, non-binary and gender fluid team members at work. This has been created in partnership with The Village Greene and is another step on our journey to everyday inclusion, where our team members and customers feel they can be their true selves.
