How long have you been at Greene King? Seven years

Career background: I have always been in this industry. I started as a Warehouse Operative on early shift and did this for six months. I then interviewed for the Team Leader role and was promoted. In September 2022, I signed the contract to be Warehouse Manager.

What does a typical day look like for you? My role is very reactive and involves responding to many different challenges. I’m very thankful to have a great team around me that make this job as enjoyable as it is – it’s a fantastic environment to work in. In the last few months alone, we have seen our On Time in Full improve by 7/8% which is a real team effort.

Three words to sum up your role: Challenging but improving.
