Para experimentar armonía en nuestra economía debemos vernos como administradores y no como dueños de lo que tenemos. Sin una administración responsable de la propiedad privada y la iniciativa personal, se pierde la capacidad de autogobernarse y de ser productivos.

Las personas crecemos cuando adquirimos responsabilidades, y la responsabilidad comienza cuando ejercemos autoridad sobre alguna persona, algún talento, alguna tarea o los bienes materiales. Sin responsabilidad, no podemos aplicar ningún principio de vida.

Nuestra madurez se mide por la forma en que cuidamos lo que se nos ha encargado o poseemos. Un administrador no es valorado por proteger los bienes, sino por multiplicarlos y extender o mejorar el trabajo que tiene en mano o que tiene el potencial de ejercer.

La clave para aprender a administrar de forma correcta los recursos, es entender y optimizar tres disciplinas básicas de un administrador. Un dueño gasta lo que quiere y como quiere. Un administrador cuida y busca multiplicar los recursos. Por esto debemos aprender a:

Para lograr alcanzar armonía en tu economía necesitamos madurar como buenos administradores, la madurez se adquiere cuando cuidamos a las personas, el tiempo y las cosas.

To experience harmony in our economy we must see ourselves as administrators and not as owners of what we have. Without responsible management of private property and personal initiative, the ability to govern and be productive is lost.

We grow when we acquire responsibilities, and responsibility begins when we exercise authority over some person, some talent, some task or material goods. Without responsibility, we cannot apply any principles of life.

Our maturity is measured by the way we take care of what we have been entrusted with or possess. An administrator is not valued for protecting assets, but for multiplying them and extending or improving the work that he has in hand or that has the potential to perform.

The key to learn to properly manage resources is to understand and optimize three basic disciplines of an administrator. An owner spends what he wants and how he wants. An administrator takes care of and seeks to multiply resources. For this we must:

• Developingresistancetosalesandmarketing. • Lookingforthebestpurchaseandthebestmoment. • Payingourbillsontime.

• Savingandinvestingforfuturecommitments • Investinginmypersonaldevelopmentandgrowth • SavingandgivingtocausesandpeopleinwhomIbelieve

To achieve harmony in our economy we need to mature as good administrators, maturity is acquired when we take care of people, time and things. The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. Proverbs 21:5
