Introducing solid foods to your baby is an exciting milestone in their development. It's important to wait until they are around six months old, as their digestive system needs time to mature. Start with small amounts of pureed or mashed foods, such as sweet potato or avocado, and gradually increase the amount and variety of foods over time.
