LED Our dedicated research and development team partners with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that the highest quality LED sources, power supplies, and control systems are incorporated into our products. Third-party performance testing from Nationally Recognized Test Laboratories (NRTLs) are used to validate fixture performance and lighting quality.

Mullion Mountable Designers have a common problem when it comes to glass curtain walls. Where do you mount a fixture if there isn’t a wall? Visa Lighting offers an elegant solution with our mullion mount fixtures. Each mullion mount fixture is supplied with a remote power supply. To run multiple fixtures on a single power supply, contact the Visa Lighting applications team.

Egress Although any fixture can be used for egress if supplied with emergency power, the fixtures designated with the egress icon produce a minimum of 1 foot-candle within a 6-foot radius when mounted at 9 feet high, ideal for egress lighting.

ADA The Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA, was enacted to ensure that all people, regardless of their abilities, have safe access to public buildings. To lessen the chance that someone with limited mobility or sight will bump into a fixture, wall mounted luminaires must be less than 4 inches in depth when mounted under 80 inches.

Versatile Mounting Options Visa Lighting designs fixtures to meet multiple applications. Sometimes this means mounting the fixture in different orientations — vertical or horizontal, or in an uplight or downlight position. This is indicated where fixtures accommodate these versatile mounting needs. If a fixture does not have this built-in capability, Visa Lighting’s applications team can help.

Environmentally Friendly Finishes Visa Lighting offers no VOC powder coat paints for our 16 standard colors to reduce overall environmental impact, while maintaining the Visa Lighting standard of quality. There are no solvents or hazardous materials used in the process. Paint finishes are blended specifically for Visa Lighting and are tested to ensure 2-3 mil on exterior products to provide extra protection for outdoor architectural spaces.

Five-Year Warranty All of our products provide a five year warranty ensuring quality materials and workmanship. Our experienced manufacturing team inspect for “Visa Quality”, as products move from fabrication to finishing to final assembly. All products are 100 percent functionally tested before they leave the factory, and LED products are tested at two manufacturing stages. ETL Listed You will find the ETL Listed mark on all Visa Lighting products. Safety and quality are our top priorities. That’s why all Visa Lighting products are certified to UL and CSA safety standards by Intertek. Intertek maintains certification with many compliance bodies throughout the world, including OSHA as a Nationally Recognized Testing Lab (NRTL) and the Standards Council of Canada. Powder coating eliminates runs, drips, sags and is resistant to chips, abrasions, heat up to 400° F, UV light, fuel, chemicals and is significantly more durable than conventional paints. There are no solvents or hazardous materials used in the process.

Visa Lighting’s color palette features RAL colors with a satin surface finish. Additional RAL Classic series colors are available at a slight premium. Custom color matching is also available.
