ELIGIBILITY

ProductsandservicestobeexhibitedaretobelistedontheContractforExhibitSpace;nootherproductsorservicesmaybe exhibited TheVVMAreservestherighttodeterminetheeligibilityofanycompany,product,orpartthereof,whichinits opinionisnotinkeepingwiththecharacterandpurposeoftheexhibit.Products,materials,equipment,dataandservices mustbeapplicabletoveterinarymedicine.BiologicalproductsrequireaUSDAlicense.Informationcontainedintheexhibit andinadvertisingliteratureorpamphletsmustconformtoapprovedlabeling.

SPACE/CONSTRUCTION/ARRANGEMENTS

TheVVMAreservestherighttorelocatespaceasmaybenecessaryforthebenefitofallconcerned.However,nochangein spaceassignmentwillbemadeafterspacereservationhasbeenconfirmedwithoutconsultation.Allexhibitsmustbe confinedtothespatiallimitsoftheirrespectivetable(s).Nopartofthedisplaymaybehigherthan8feet.Thebackone-half oftherentedspacesmaybeoccupiedfromtheflooruptoaheightoffourfeet,withtheexceptionofequipment,whichmay exceedthefour-footheightlimit,butmaynotbehigherthaneightfeet.Theaislesarethecommonpropertyofallexhibitors andmustnotbeobstructedatanytime;therefore,eachexhibitorhasaresponsibilitytoassuretheproperflowoftraffic throughtheentireExhibitHall Anexhibitoroccupyingmultipletablespacesdirectlyacrosstheaislefromeachotheris prohibitedfrombridgingtheaisleaspartoftheexhibitorfromusinganyfloorcoveringintheaisleotherthanthatfurnished bytheAssociation.

SUBLETTINGSPACE

Exhibitorsshallnotassignorsubletanyspaceallottedtothemandnotadvertisegoodsotherthanthosemanufacturedor soldbythemintheregularcourseofbusinessexceptuponpermissionfromtheVVMA.Notwocompaniesareallowedto shareoneboothspace.Nosignorcourtesycardistobedisplayedforanyequipmentfordemonstrationpurposesunlessthe supplierofsuchequipmentisalsotheexhibitor.

DELIVERY&LABOR

Exhibitorsassumefullresponsibilityforshipping.ShipmentswillnotandcannotbereceivedatTheHotelRoanokepriorto Monday,February19,2024.TheHotelRoanokemaychargestoragefeesforitemsshippeddirectly.

ELECTRICITY

TheElectricalServiceContractwillbeprovidedwithothermaterialsuponreceiptofexhibitcontract.TheExhibitorpaysthe hoteldirectlyforanyelectricalfees.

FIREDEPARTMENTREGULATIONS

AllexhibitsandmaterialsmustcomplywiththefireordinanceoftheFireDepartmentofRoanoke,VA.Alldonations,draperies, tablecovers,etc.muststandaflameprooftestasprescribedbysaidordinance.Nocombustibledecorationsshallbeusedat anytime.Allflammablefluidsaretobekeptinsafetycontainers.Allpacking,excelsior,andwrappingpaper(whichmustbe flameproof)aretoberemovedfromthefloorandmustnotbestoredundertablesorbehinddisplays.

LIABILITY&THEFT

TheElectricalServiceContractwillbeprovidedwithothermaterialsuponreceiptofexhibitcontract.TheExhibitorpaysthe hoteldirectlyforanyelectricalfees.

ExhibitorswillbeexpectedtocomplywiththerulesandethicsoftheVVMA.Anyundignifiedsolicitationonthepartofany exhibitorshouldbereported.TheVVMAreservestherighttocloseanyexhibitthatconductsitssolicitationinanobjectionable mannerorinfringesupontherightsandprivilegestootherexhibitors.Nosound-makingorotherequipmentmaybeset-up intheexhibitbooth,whichcausesannoyancetootherexhibitors.Hospitalitysuites,groupentertainmentfunctions,prize contests,drawings,lotteriesandthedispensingoffoodsorbeveragesbyindividualexhibitorswillnotbeallowed Activitiesof eachexhibitmustbeconfinedtotheallottedexhibitspace Itisnotpermittedtoholdademonstrationontheaislelineifyou expectmanypeopletocongregateatonetime.Exhibitorsshouldalertmanagementofanyirregularitiesobservedinthe ExhibitHall.
