Luxury industry veteran, David Altman, founded Vintage Luxe Up in the spring of 2020 with a mission to give a new life to vintage luxury scarves, reduce waste and impact on the planet, provide local jobs and give back to charity. Inspired by a dream to bring together his passion for design, sustainability and doing well by doing good, he put his talents to work.

Known for his critical eye and once-in-a-generation taste, David built a career scouring the world's marketplaces to bring coveted finds to clients at Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works and now Vintage Luxe Up.

Exclusively ours, each creation is truly one-of-a-kind; curated from independently authenticated vintage scarves by the world's most coveted brands - Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel, Ralph Lauren & more. Based in Lexington, KY and made there by local artisans, the scarves are given a new life for a new generation of sustainably conscious customers.
