Organic wines with an island soul: a glint of sunshine, a breath of sea air, and the serene minerality of Formentera.

The constant influence of the Mediterranean lends Formentera’s vineyards a natural freshness and a mineral imprint that defines the character of its wines.
In Formentera, Terramoll’s vineyards breathe the sea from the La Mola plateau, where the finest conditions for a truly singular viticulture come together: sandy and limestone soils, ungrafted vines, and a constant marine breeze that cools and protects the vineyard yearround. In this landscape shaped by salt and silence, organic farming and hand harvesting ensure that each wine speaks clearly of its origin—a luminous, calm island with a surprisingly deep-rooted wine culture.

Made from a blend of aromatic botanicals (with wormwood as the dominant note), which provide its character and natural bitterness, balanced with a small amount of wine alcohol. After blending, it is aged in contact with wood to gain complexity.
The wines of Aroa Bodegas reflect the area from which they come, the Yerri Valley, and are made with the minimum possible intervention, allowing nature to do its work.

The Yerri Valley is a privileged region located in the shelter of the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges, in one of the highest areas of the D.O. Navarra.
A pioneer in the recovery of organic and biodynamic farming practices, Aroa is one of the few wineries that has the Wineries for Climate Protection Certificate granted by the Spanish Wine Federation. All its vineyards are organic and are cared for following ancient methods.

The areas with the greatest potential for white wines in the country are hidden in northern Spain. These are small regions, with a great winemaking history, but have yet to take the final leap onto the international stage. So at Vintae we wanted to go in search of those little hidden treasures, convinced of their ability to compete with the most prestigious white wine areas in the world. Thus Atlantis was born. A collection of wines that share the influence of a cool climate, which generates fresh and aromatic wines that reflect the personality of each variety.


D.O. Rías Baixas
VARIETIES: 100% Albariño.
VINEYARD:
Vineyards located in the Condado de Tea, on the right bank of the Miño River, between 100 and 250 m above sea level on slopes with a 10% gradient.

D.O. Valdeorras
VARIETIES: 100% Godello.
VINEYARD:
Vines over 25 years of age planted using the goblet system, some younger ones are trellised, located between 400 and 600 m above sea level.
AGING: 4 months on lees in French and European 500-liter oak barrels.

D.O. Txakoli de Álava
VARIETIES:
100% Hondarrabi Zuri.
VINEYARD:
Vineyards located on soils where slopes complicate tillage. This is compensated by very good aeration and plant exposure to the sun.
AGING: 12 months in oak barrels.
A winery in La Rioja specializing in white wines? Yes, it does exist. It is called Maetierra and is in western Rioja, in Calahorra. In 1999 we recovered the Moscatel de Grano Menudo, an indigenous variety from La Rioja, considered the most aromatic in the world.

Sadacia Valleys is a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) that brings together locally produced wines made in the vineyard areas of four valleys in La Rioja: Iregua, Leza, Cidacos and Alhama.
The Moscatel de Grano Menudo is the finest, most elegant and suitable for the vinification of muscatels. With it we make Libalis, Vintae’s most tropical wines. Open a bottle, and travel back to the past, recall a moment, or even journey to somewhere in the world with its aromas and flavor. Afrutado, Frizz and Semidulce, three fruity wines, fresh and very easy to drink. A bombshell of fresh fruit to enjoy, no posing required.

The Alto Najerilla and Sonsierra are two regions of Rioja with a unique climate, soils, and vineyards for viticulture.
Rioja, for centuries the cradle of great lineages such as the House of López de Haro, still hides a path where vineyards are cultivated to produce the wine of kings.
Isolated by the absence of railway lines and ignorated by large wineries due to a lack of communication, the Alto Najerilla valley has preserved a heritage of small, high-altitude vineyards that yield fruit of extraordinary freshness and quality. The ancient route connecting Nájera and the monasteries of San Millán de la Cogolla has witnessed the neglect of this area, where the wines of Palacio del Camino Real are born.

El Bandarra is a tribute to the nostalgic golden age of vermouth in Barcelona, when bars painted the tapas they offered in their windows with colourful handwritten letters to attract passers-by. A vermouth to enjoy on the terrace at aperitif time, accompanied by ice, lively conversation and good vibes.

Xarel·lo and Macabeo macerated with 50 extracts of herbs and botanicals such as clove, cinnamon, and bitter orange. After fortifying the wine, we add a touch of caramel and balance it in oak barrels with soleras for 2 months.

Garnacha Blanca and Xarel·lo macerated with over 40 extracts of herbs and botanicals like vanilla, wormwood, and clove. After adding a sweet touch with must nectar, we balance it in a tank for 2 months.

A sangria with notes of cinnamon, orange and peach. In the mouth it is very fresh, pleasant and sweet, leaving a taste of fruity wine with citric touches. Made with a base of wine macerated with spices and citrus, featuring a distinctive grapefruit note. Perfect to enjoy with tonic or to mix with cava to prepare a Bandarra Spritz.


Séptimo Sentido is a wine collection intended for those who treat each glass as if it were their last. To squeeze the most out of worldly pleasures, pure hedonistic enjoyment is required. We traveled to different parts of Spain to develop this collection of enjoyments with the goal of generating extraordinary wines, enabling you to sin without the slightest hint of remorse. If you are going to sin, sin well, your penance will be the same.

Els Torrats is a fruity and smooth wine created with the top variety in Penedés, perfect for uncorking, celebrating, and enjoying in a distinct and easygoing manner, just like the characters on its label.

D.O. Penedés
VARIETIES: 100% Xarel-lo.
VINEYARD: Vineyards located on the Can Batlle Vell and Cal Font estate, very close to the Anola River, at an altitude of between 165 and 220 meters.

Bienbebido Pulpo is a fresh, silky, Albariño designed to complement the unique texture of octopus, no matter how it is served. Galician-style octopus, in a seafood salad, wood-fire grilled, in a pie or baby octopus in “sauce américaine”. The fragrant and mineral aromas of the Albariño, as well as its fresh and easy mouth feel with noticeable acidity, make this an ideal combination.

Bienbebido Pulpo

VINEYARD: Young vines planted on pebbly-alluvial soil.
Crysard refers to the first ray of sunlight that rises each morning over the horizon of our estate, bathing every inch of the vineyard in light. A fleeting glimmer that grants the grapes a distinctive purity and elegance, harvested at night to preserve their full freshness and quality.
3² is a blend of different grape varieties from various Spanish wine regions, resulting in a unique and distinctive character. Expressive and elegant, it stands out for its fresh fruit profile, enhanced by six months of ageing in oak barrels.
Fascinating, delicate and exceedingly rare, Flor de Nieve is to botany what Gewürztraminer is to viticulture. A true rara avis, it grows whimsically on certain slopes where unique conditions allow it to reach its full expression.

At Amat & Roland we make our sparkling wines following the “traditional method” with grapes from a selection of the Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Perellada varieties, native to this area of Penedés. The heart of the D.O. Cava. The love for a job well done, Varieties with a Mediterranean spirit and a careful production process, with the second fermentation and subsequent aging in the bottle, are the basis of this collection of traditional cavas that are at the same time fresh and easy to drink.
