Vincent Sheppard started with the goal of honouring and preserving the tradition and history of the Kraft Paper Loom weaving technique, a technique where kraft paper is twisted around a metal wire and woven into unique furniture pieces.
Today, our company is worldwide market leader in Kraft Paper Loom furniture and we continue to stay true to the tradition, resulting in an exceptionally high level of quality. Whether for dining, lounging or sleeping, with each piece, the legacy of woven paper furniture lives on.
Handcrafted to perfection, our products are designed with longevity in mind, ensuring customers can enjoy them for years to come.
Kraft Paper Loom is a timeless and iconic furniture material known for its exceptional strength and resilience. The core of this material features a metal framework wrapped in robust kraft paper, ensuring a durable and flexible foundation. This unique combination of materials has been a hallmark of Kraft Paper Loom since its inception in 1917, showcasing a commitment to quality and longevity.
All Kraft Paper Loom furniture is produced in-house at our production plant in Cirebon, Indonesia. Known for their tradition in weaving, the knowledge and skills of local craftsmen elevate our furniture to pieces of art, each and every one of them handcrafted to perfection.
Through the years Vincent Sheppard has become a distinctively global brand. From the royal box at Wimbledon to restaurants in Hong Kong and hotels in Hawaii, the craftsmanship of our Kraft Paper Loom furniture can be admired all over the world.

Kraft Paper Loom weave exists since 1917 and is strong and durable.
One of the outstanding characteristics of Kraft Paper Loom is its sturdiness and durability. The woven structure not only withstands the test of time but also offers legendary sitting comfort. This makes Kraft Paper Loom furniture a reliable choice for those seeking both style and substance in their furnishings.
Practicality is another key feature of Kraft Paper Loom. The surface is easy to clean with a simple damp cloth, maintaining its original luster and cleanliness effortlessly. Furthermore, the material is designed to be gentle on clothing, preventing scratches or snags that can be a concern with other materials.
With a choice of 22 standard colors or the option to select any RAL color, Kraft Paper Loom furniture is available in a wide array of colors to suit individual preferences. Customization is at the forefront, allowing individuals to tailor their furniture to fit seamlessly into their interior design schemes.
As Kraft Paper Loom furniture ages, it develops a beautiful patina, enhancing its character and charm over time. This unique quality adds to the allure of Kraft Paper Loom, making it not just a functional choice but also an aesthetically pleasing one. With its rich history, enduring quality, and versatile design options, Kraft Paper Loom remains a symbol of sophistication and reliability in the world of furniture craftsmanship.
