Rick Higgins

Rick and his wife, Eve, have lived in Palos Verdes Estates since 1985 and are members of Palos Verdes Golf Club where Rick has served as a past president. He loves golf and plays twice a week since retiring 21 years ago from Capital Group. Rick served on several boards, including board president for Catholic Big Brothers, Big Sisters and board member at L.A. Biomed (now The Lundquist Institute). For the past 9 years he has been a board member on the Torrance Memorial Foundation Board.

Rick says he is very fortunate to live in such a nice area with his two sons and their families living within walking distance. His work with the hospital can be summed up this way: “I am proud to support Torrance Memorial Medical Center, the jewel of the South Bay, and one of the best hospitals in the country.”
