Warranty Instructions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is issued by the manufacturer, we will fill out the required spaces and mail it to our customer, once you have the warranty please sign on the designated PURCHASER spot. With the warranty there will be a copy of your invoice paid in full. Please mail both the warranty and the invoice to:

Homeland Vinyl Products, Inc. P.O. Box 170729 Birmingham, AL 35217-0729 Attn: Warranty Department

Once the warranty is registered, Homeland Vinyl Products will mail you the warranty back with your registration number.
