1:1 personal training: Take advantage of private sessions with your personal trainer. This approach to training allows you to focus directly on your needs and individualized structure to stay focused on your desired results.

Group training: If you prefer to work out with others with similar interests and goals, one of our many group training classes is just what you need. Building team camaraderie and setting group challenges are great ways to motivate yourself and others to achieve goals.

The Village FIT program: A great way to get started in group training, Village FIT (Functional Interval Training) is a progressive program which allows members to advance in the system using circuit training, including weights and cardiovascular machines, with a small group of members with similar fitness interests, abilities, and goals.
