How to Know if You Won & Pickup Instructions If you win an auction listing, you will receive an automated email from the auction site confirming your win. Your credit card that you registered with will be charged automatically upon winning the item when the auction closes.

Important Reminder: The online auction will close at 10:30 PM on April 25, 2026.

Pickup Details: You can pick up your items immediately after the gala by checking out with a Village staff member.

If you did not attend the gala, you can pick up your win the following week at the Middle School lobby.

THANK YOU, TEAM This year’s Boots & Bling Gala is co-presented by Village Enrichment and VSPA. Village Enrichment will receive 90% of the profits, while VSPA will receive 10%, up to a maximum of $5,000. This year, every dollar raised will go directly toward supporting fine arts, speech and debate, and robotics/STEM with VSPA using its portion to fund community events and Village Enrichment allocating its share to purchasing equipment and providing financial support for the student programs.
