The South Athletic Field is an ambitious and critically needed new project that will impact VCS students in a multitude of ways. Situated on the recently acquired property at the end of Village Avenue, this valuable multipurpose space, will take VCS Athletics to new heights and propel student-athletes to the collegiate levels. This new facility will feature state-of-the-art synthetic turf and sports lighting for our thriving softball, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, and football programs; facilitate expanded training and player development; and will include a newly designed hitting and pitching facility.
Spectators will enjoy an improved viewing experience as they cheer on the two-time CIF-Southern Section-champion VCS Softball program. Additionally, school-wide benefits include the creation of new spaces for student activities in grades K-12 and community-focused events.
