Here are some frequently asked questions which can help you decide if hiring equipment is suitable for your production facility.

1. Can I extend the hire term if required?

Yes, if you need to extend your hire duration, simply contact your Account Manager and they will organise this with you.

6. Is hiring machinery tax deductable?

In most cases yes, it is always recommended that you speak with your Accountant to confirm for your individual situation.

2. How many machines have you got in the hire fleet?

We have over 200 machines in our hire fleet alone.

That includes vacuum packers, bandsaws, mixer mincers and more.

7. Do I have to go through long credit checks?

No, a credit check is not required when hiring a machine. Our simple approval process takes the hassle out of getting a hire machine.

3. Are parts and consumables included in hire?

This varies from machine to machine, speak with your Account Manager for details on your individual hire agreement.

8. Can I purchase the machine after the hire term?

Yes, if the machine is an ideal fit for your production, purchase is available on selected hire machinery.

4. Can I hire multiple machines at the same time?

Yes, if you require multiple machines at the one time we can make that happen! Contact our team to arrange.

9. Does hire suit an R & D project?

Yes, if you are testing the market with a new product, our hire/rental option is great for you if you need to upgrade machines or purchase after the hire period.

5. How and when will I be invoiced for hire?

We typically invoice fortnightly, and for your convenience, payment can be directly debited from your nominated bank account or debit/credit card.

10. Are trials for machines available before hiring?

Yes, we will happily run a trial with you at our new Test Kitchen in Melbourne so you can be assured the machine is right for you.
