Welcome to 2MC

The holistic approach

During the 20 weeks you will be on 2MC, you will encounter many interesting subjects. It starts with subjects, that you, depending on your educational plan, will be or not will be able to participate. Consult with our study counselors for further information. If you f.x. have Business Economy from your precious education, you can attend How to get started; Chain Saw and Construction. If you don’t have Business Economy, you must attend it, because it is a mandatory subject, and in that way you can not attend in How to get started; Chain Saw and Construction.

Right after, we will get started with the compulsory subjects, like Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Nature Management, etc.

The last 7,5 weeks of the course, are dedicated to the Organic Specialty. The Organic Specialty embraces the complexity between livestock and plant production present in any Agro-Ecological production system.

With the Organic Specialty, you can choose to work and focus in some of this complex production systems like: hens in an apple orchard; sheep or goats in a rotational grazing system; alternative protein sources like lupines, lentils, insects; nature conservation and beef cattle; Cattle and pigs in an agroforestry system; Sustainable vegetable production, as an integrated part of the farm.
