Cleaning Instructions

For daily cleaning, we recommend using a damp cloth. Spillages and moist substances should be removed immediately with a cloth to avoid marks on the surface. Waxes and polishes should be avoided, as these may react with the lacquer.

Marble is susceptible to bumps and scratches on the surface and edges. We recommend that you use table mats under hot plates, mugs and glasses and protective pads under ornaments to help prevent scratching.

Sintered Stone Care Guide

Sintered stone is a manufactured product, made from a base of natural stone. It has a number of benefits including easy clean, hygienic and scratch resistant.

Fabric Care Guide

Cleaning Instructions

VIDA are often asked by customers how they should clean and maintain our fabric suites once purchased. Here are some handy tips to get the best from your VIDA sofa.

„ Every few weeks, turn cushions if possible. This helps spread wear and also helps protect fabric against fading.

„ Again, every few weeks, vaccuum using a soft brush attachment. This will remove any grit or dirt that has accumulated.

„ If spills or accidents occur, try to treat immediately. For liquid spills, dab up as much as you can with kitchen paper first. Do not rub or press too hard. Then sponge down. Repeat as necessary. In the case of severe spills or staining, please consult a specialist cleaning company. For solid spills, scrape off as much as possible with a knife, then sponge/wash/ clean as above.
