Our Project

Our stadium project is a bold vision for the future of sports and entertainment in Kingston, designed to be a state-of-the-art hub for athletic excellence, community engagement, and economic growth.

Today, residents must travel outside Kingston for training and events due to the lack of local infrastructure. This stadium will fill that gap, providing an accessible, high-quality space for players, fans, and families.

Located in the heart of Williamsville, the stadium could serve as the home for CPL and League1 teams and host a range of events, from concerts and cultural celebrations to youth sports tournaments and corporate gatherings.

By prioritizing local partnerships, we will create a dynamic, inclusive space that reflects the community’s diverse interests.

We have already forged strategic partnerships with local sports teams, leagues, event organizers, and vendors to enhance our offerings.

Featuring modern amenities, eco-friendly practices, and cuttingedge technology, the stadium will deliver an exceptional experience for all.

Our goal is to inspire pride, strengthen community connections, and contribute to the local economy through job creation, tourism, and long-term investments.

Join us in building a legacy that will energize Kingston and the surrounding region for generations.

Kingston, Ontario, is a city rich in history, culture, and community spirit, but it is currently facing a significant gap in its sports infrastructure. As the city continues to grow and attract new residents, the need for a modern sports stadium has become increasingly apparent.

A new sports stadium will not only give Kingston residents a muchneeded venue suitable for large-scale events, it can boost the local economy, create jobs, enhance community engagement, and elevate Kingston’s profile as a destination for sports and entertainment.

As the city grows and expands its ambition to become a regional hub for sports and entertainment, a modern, multifunctional stadium will be a critical step forward.

For Kingston to continue thriving in the 21st century, investing in sustainable sports infrastructure is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity for success.

Job Creation

A stadium build in Kingston will create a wide range of employment opportunities, both full-time and part-time, contributing to the local economy and offering a boost to the community.

The construction of the new stadium is expected to create over 200 development jobs, providing a significant boost to the local economy. The project will open employment opportunities for skilled workers and tradespeople in a variety of fields including construction, engineering, project management, and design.

Once the stadium is complete, fulltime positions will be required for roles in operations, management, maintenance, and administration. Part-time jobs will be available to support event staffing, concessions, security, and customer service.

These new jobs will support Kingston's growing workforce and provide valuable career opportunities for local residents, helping to create a diverse and sustainable employment base in the city.

The stadium will be designed with accessible seating and viewing areas pitch side as well as elevator access for the suites.

The site will also support future hosting needs in Kingston inclusive of Special Olympics and Parasport event opportunities.

Community Connections

A new sports stadium in Kingston would have a significant positive impact on the local community.

With a modular design, construction would cause minimal disruption, and the turf playing surface could be used immediately, offering local sports teams a premier training facility. The existing Memorial Centre would remain in use during the build.

Our project would not limit the proposed development of the Memorial Centre to support two ice pads, or the current use of the land. We plan to reimage the dog park, track, walking path and other areas.

The stadium would provide valuable resources for youth sports, improving access to top-tier training, coaching, and education. Professional teams could engage with local programs, inspiring young athletes to achieve their goals.

Partnerships with post-secondary institutions Queen’s University and St. Lawrence College would enhance community outreach. Local businesses, including food trucks, would benefit from increased foot traffic during stadium events.

Economically, the stadium would drive significant spending. Major events attract over 4,000 people and regular use of the facility can bring in 1,000+ attendees.

Themed events like “First Responders Night” and “Military Appreciation Day,” foster community pride and unity. Fundraising initiatives for local charities would contribute to the city’s social well-being.

In short, the stadium would boost Kingston’s economy, support youth sports, and connect the community as a vibrant hub for entertainment, education, and events.
