Hyatt Centric Memphis is a new lifestyle hotel that will be located in a mixed-use development on a premium location in Downtown Memphis, in the corner of Beale Street and Front Street. The hotel will overlook the Mississippi River and downtown. The Hotel is planned to stand 8 stories and with 200 keys. Project completion is currently planned for early 2021.

Grand Hyatt Puerto Cancun

Grand Hyatt Puerto Cancun is a full-service resort hotel in Cancun, Mexico currently under design. This project will include over 500 guestrooms and suites, several F&B outlets, extensive meeting and event facilities, and a full-service spa. Expected completion is currently planned for Summer of 2024

Grand Hyatt Puerto Cancun

Hotel La Compañía is a living museum where Panama's rich history is celebrated through thought-provoking design, locally inspired culinary experiences, and distinctive art. Originally built as a Jesuit convent in 1688, Hotel La Compañía is an architectural masterpiece centered around three periods in the hotel's history - French Colonial, Spanish Colonial, and Beaux-Arts.

Hotel La Compañía is centrally located in the heart of Panama's old quarter. The hotel spans nearly one city block with four buildings, in addition to the ruins of a 300-year-old church that envelops a spacious courtyard with lush gardens, alfresco dining, and exceptional settings for events of all kinds.

Conversion of the Ace Hotel Chicago guestrooms to micro-residential units. The rooms retrofit the Ori furniture system, which include movable closets, sofa/beds, and office desks to maximize livable space.
