            STUDENTS IN THE SPOTLIGHT
          Congratulations to McKenzie Wise (PHHS) who is currently serving as the 4-H Southwest District Ambassador. With this leadership role, she recently traveled to Richmond to take a tour of the Capital and Farm Bureau She was also able to meet with Delegate O'Quinn, and learned about his job at the Capital!
          
    Congratulations to Shay Cannon (VHS) who earned 1st Chair Senior Symphonic All-District Band, which qualifies her for an All-State audition! Shay plays the french horn and will be participating in the AllDistrict Concert at the Higher Education Center on February 4.
          Shay also plays soccer and earned 2nd Team AllDistrict last season!
