ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
VirginiaHighlandsCommunityCollegeisproudtoannounceits17thAnnualGolf Tournament,aneventdedicatedtoempoweringourstudents.Thisyear'stournamentwill beheldonMonday,October6th,atthepicturesqueGlenrochieCountryClubinAbingdon, VA.Registrationandbreakfastwillcommenceat8am,withashotgunstartshortlythereafter.
Thetournamentisafundraisingeventfor studentscholarships,directlyaddressingthe criticalfinancialneedsofVHCCstudents. Asignificantmajorityofstudentsrelyon financialassistance,andtheproceedsfromthis eventprovideessentialresourcestocoverthe risingcostsoftuitionandbooks.Everydollar raiseddirectlysupportstheEducational Foundation'smissiontoremovefinancial barriers,enhance,andexpanditseffortsto addressneed-basedaid,andpromote successfuloutcomesforalllearnersatVHCC.
