World Cup 2026 will be the biggest and most exciting edition of the tournament to date as 48 teams from around the globe compete in 104 fixtures.
Flights are basic economy and booked within VGO Travel Policy guidelines
Full travel itineraries for attendees will be shared ahead of each event to the On-Site Event Captain
Hotel Information:
Hotels for each game are secured as part of a room block through the FIFA hospitality vendor and have already been secured for guests & employees attending
Accommodations are booked for the night before the game as well as the night of the game (2 nights total)
Hotel confirmation numbers will be shared with flight itinerary summaries before each event and provided to the On-Site Event Captain
The only charges that should be incurred for guests or employees at each event would be for their own incidentals; the rooms have been paid for already
Changes to hotel bookings are not permitted at this point; therefore, changes do not need to be communicated as there will be no refunds provided to VGO for changes
Transportation Information:
Transportation from hotel to the match and return transportation from the match will be provided by Valvoline
On-Site Event Captains will have contact information for the transportation company
All attendees will be provided with departure times from both the hotel and the stadium, allowing for the earliest possible entry to the match experience

How can I access my tickets?
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App and sign-in/sign-up using your email address
If you would like help navigating the app, please click here for more information.
Your QR code will appear once your ticket is activated. Activation happens automatically before the match.
Sharing is caring! Make stadium entry easier for you and your guests.
If you have more than one ticket for a match, we strongly recommend sending the additional ticket(s) to your guest(s) in advance. If tickets are not sent beforehand, you and your guests will need to enter the stadium together as a group.
To send a ticket, simply tap the “SEND” button in the app and enter your guest’s email address.
You can add your FIFA World Cup 2026 mobile ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet directly from the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app for an enhanced matchday experience.
Can your guest(s) no longer attend the match?
• If you have already sent the ticket(s) to your guest(s), they have the option of returning them by tapping the “RETURN” button in the app and following the on-screen steps.
• Otherwise, they can also send them to new guest(s) using the “SEND” option.
It is recommended to send tickets the day before the event to your customers, in the event of a last-minute cancellation.

Los Angeles Stadium is the newest venue chosen to host FIFA World Cup 2026, having opened in September 2020. It is situated just a 30-minute drive from Pasadena's famous Rose Bowl Stadium, which hosted the World Cup final in 1994.
Both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers play their NFL fixtures at the venue, which also hosted Super Bowl LVI as the Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 in 2022.
Los Angeles Stadium has already hosted a number of concerts under its iconic and unique roof, with Taylor Swift, BTS and Ed Sheeran among the artists to have graced the venue.
