Certified Education and Training
CEAC AND MASTERY CEAC
Our Certified Environmental Access Consultant (CEAC) and Master CEAC courses are programs that are designed specifically for customer-facing home access professionals. It focuses 100% on exactly what home accessibility professionals encounter when working with clients to recommend appropriate safety upgrades. This focused training on best practices will help your company representatives recommend the correct solution in the primary product categories. The primary categories include: residential ramps, stairway lifts, vertical platform lifts, handrails/grab bars, bathroom remodels, and transfer products–primarily overhead lifts.
AIDS TO DAILY LIVING SPECIALIST (ADLS)
Designed for retailers who sell aids to daily living supplies and other accessibility items, this credential is available to all VGM Live at Home members. This course is designed for industry professionals to improve their knowledge of products to make accurate recommendations to improve safety, comfort, and environmental access for their customers.
COACHING AND MARKETING GUIDANCE
For new and existing members, we will offer coaching and marketing calls for getting your business started or discussing ways to market your business to improve growth. Members qualify for two 30-minute sessions annually with our industry consultants.
MEMBER PORTAL ACCESS
As a valued member of VGM, you gain exclusive access to our member portal. This portal offers several insights including vendor and product pricing information, upcoming events and recorded webinars, and a private discussion board to connect and collaborate with fellow members.
MONTHLY EMAIL DISTRIBUTION
This is the one email LAH members need to open every month. Here we will share industry insights, spotlight member success stories, introduce new vendors and products, and inform you of all webinars, podcasts, and events.
CONSUMER LEAD PROGRAM
Once you become a VGM Live at Home member, you will be added to our member locator. By being added to our member locator, you will be eligible for leads with both consumer and businesses searching for Live at Home members in the markets you serve.
We offer a consumer lead program with the medical community who serves seniors and complex, mobility challenged populations. As the program expands, we will be generating leads to share with our members.
Live at Home Events and Networking
VGM Live at Home offers several in-person and virtual opportunities for home access education and networking.
BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES SUMMIT
This summit is a networking event that takes place in the fall and is specific to home access. The event includes a night of networking and exhibit hall preview followed by two full days of industry-specific content. These two days also allow you to connect with other members and manufacturer partners.
BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES INSTALLER SUMMIT
A three- to five-day event where an installer can be factory trained by multiple manufacturers in one place.
WEBINARS

PODCASTS
We produce several podcasts and cover many interesting accessibility issues featuring industry partners and members.
DISCUSSION BOARDS
