In contrast with traditional homeless services, VCP Village provides Veterans with the privacy and security of their own home.

The 50 tiny homes are built on concrete foundations, connect to city utilities, and meet all code requirements for new construction. Each features a fully-functional kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

Every detail of the tiny home is designed with Veterans’ needs and preferences in mind, including placement of doors and windows to increase a sense of security for those who have been impacted by post-traumatic stress disorder.

Each home is fully furnished with new furniture, beds/bunk beds, kitchen appliances, and household goods which become the personal property of each resident.

VCP Village includes 10 larger homes to serve Veteran families experiencing homelessness.
