14 » The District Open Container Program

The Arizona House of Representatives recently passed a bill (HB2281) which allows a designated establishment to sell alcoholic beverages to guests within the common area.

Copper Cantina, will operate the open container concept, offering alcoholic beverages and light bites for purchase and consumption within The District during designated hours of operation.

The following procedures apply:

• Guests must present a valid ID and be 21 or older to purchase an alcoholic beverage

• Alcoholic beverages will be sold in a clearly marked container with the Copper

Blues Live logo visible

• Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed outside of designated areas within

The District. See Appendix A-2 for designated area.

• Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted inside tenant spaces. A window cling is provided to Tenants to place on storefront windows notifying guests accordingly

• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted
