INTRODUCTION • The word Auto Dialer is a combination of two which means that automatically dial number.

• It is an Outbound Dialer used to dial numbers and gather information.

For working with the auto dialer, we must need a computer in running mode to run the software, a person who answers the phones, a voice modem, and an active telephone line.
