ev. Henry Dela Adehe began his elementary school in Keta in the Volta Region of Ghana. On completion, he continued to Keta Senior High School and finally to Keta Polytechnic where he read civil engineering. After graduating, he started work on his own.

After working for a few years, he was called into ministry and therefore enrolled in Southern Ghana Bible College now Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. There, he received training as a full time pastor in Theology.He is a pastor and teacher by calling and heads Hosanna Worship Centre,AG at Alajo, a suburb in Accra.

He has wisdom and a strong passion for business. As one who brainstorms a lot, he has so many business ideas and therefore doubles as a business consultant. He also has a burning passion for the youth and doesn’t hesitate to let go a few ideas and pieces of advice when called on. He believes in entrepreneurship and encourages people to take the risk, a good model to upcoming entrepreneurs.

He believes God comes first in all things, then family before ministry and others. He is married to a beautiful woman by name, Ellen Adzo Adehe(Mrs.)and is blessed with three children; Elikplim, Edem and Elorm.

errick osei from birth has had a smooth educational life. After completing his high school at st.augustine’s college with a three year course in business. He furthered and currently in the university of ghana,legon pursuing bachelor of science in administration level 300.

He is the president of the international gathering of ministers and believers (tigmab). A vision given by God to stir up a global awakening of the purpose of life and to provide the functional ability to individuals who will take the right decisions in life by the inspiration of the holy spirit. They organises and coordinates three different conferences every year. The conferences includes; the generals conference, kingdom business entrepreneurship and music and poetry concert.

He is also part of his church board of directors, anointed Pentecostal church. Where he functions as the assistant church administrator. Also the national vice president of the youth ministry together as the financial controller of his branch church.

As a business desired consultant, he mentors and provide express ideas to potential business youth he supports his elderly brother where they supply laboratory equipment and reagents to hospitals. He also runs his personal mini businesses around.

BIOGRAPHY OF JOHN D. ROCKEFELLER

R

ockefeller born on the 8th of July, 1839 at Richford, New York. He died May 23, 1937, Ormond Beach, Florida. American industrialist and philanthropist, founder on the Standard Oil Company, which dominated the oil industry and was the first U.S. business trust.

Rockefeller was the eldest son and second of six children born to traveling physician and snake-oil salesman William (Big bill) Avery. Rockefeller and Eliza Davidson. He moved with his family to Moravia, New York, and, in 1815, to Oswego, New York, where he attended Oswego Academy. The family relocated to Strongsville, a town near dropping out of Cleveland’s central high school, taking a single business class at Folsom mercantile college, and working as a bookkeeper_ Rockefeller established his first enterprise, a commission business dealing in hay, grain, meats, and other goods. Sensing the commercial potential of the expanding oil production in western Pennsylvania in the early 1860’s, he built his first oil refinery, near Cleveland, in 1863. Within two years it was the largest refinery in the area, and thereafter Rockefeller devoted himself exclusive to the oil

business.

In 1870 Rockefeller and a few associates, a group that include American financial Henry M. Flagger, incorporated the standard oil company (Ohio). Because of Rockefeller’s emphasis on economical operations, standard prospered and begun to buy out its competitors until, by 1872, it controlled nearly all the refineries in Cleveland. That fact enabled the company to negotiate with railroads for favoured rates on its shipments of oil. It acquired pipelines and terminal facilities, purchased competing refineries in other cities, and vigorously sought to expand its markets in the United States and abroad. In 1881 Rockefeller and his associates placed the stock of Standard of Ohio and its affiliates in other states under the control of a broad of nine trustees, with Rockefeller at the head.

They thus established the first major U.S. ‘trust’ and set a pattern of organization for other monopolies. By 1882 Standard Oil had a near monopoly on the oil business in the United States.

The aggressive competitive practices of Standard Oil, which many regarded as ruthless, and the growing public hostility toward monopolies, of which Standard was the best- known, caused some industries sates to enact antimonopoly laws and led to the passage by the U.S. Congress of the Sherman Antitrust Act in 1892 the Ohio Supreme Court held the Standard Oil Trust was a monopoly in violation of an Ohio prohibiting monopolies. Rockefeller evaded the decision by dissolving the trust and decision by dissolving the trust and transferring its properties to companies in other states, with interlocking directorates so that the same nine men controlled the operations of the affiliated companies. In 1899 these companies were brought back together in a holding company, Standard Oil Company (New Jersey), which existed until 1911, when the U.S. supreme Court declared it in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act and therefore illegal. Standard Oil’s questionable ethics were also taken to task by American journalist Ida Tarbell in her 19- part expose and commentary called THE HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, which was released in instalments

by McClure’s Magazine between 1902 and 1904.

A devout Baptist, Rockefeller turned his attention increasingly during the 1890’s to charities and benevolence; after 1897 he devoted himself completely to philanthropy. He made possible the founding of the University of Chicago in 1892, and by time of his death he had given it some $35 million. In association with his son, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., he created major philanthropic institute, including the Rockefeller institute for Medical Research (renamed Rockefeller University) in New York (1901), the General Education Board (1902), and the Rockefeller Foundation (1913). Rockefeller’s benefactions during his lifetime totalled $ 500 million. He was worth $663.4 billion dollars.

hen the global financial crises begun in 2007, many people clung even more tightly their jobs in the hope of not being one of those who were laid off. Millions held on tightly to their homes, even though they could not pay the mortgage. Most cut back on their spending and saved more, even though the federal government was printing trillions of dollars, destroying the purchasing power of their savings. Workers stuffed even more money into their retirement plans, even though the stock market had crashed, wiping out their prior gain. And school enrollments boomed, as more people headed back to school, even though unemployment was soaring.

By 2010, most people knew there was a global financial crisis, unfortunately, most people do not know what to do about it, rather than let go, most people clench their fists tighter and wait for the crisis to pass, praying that their political leaders can solve this global crisis and that happy days will return. A few know they must make changes. Yet without a strong financial education, they do not know what to do or how to change.

A DEACADE OF CRISIS The problem is that the coming decades, the years from 2010 to 2020, will prove to be the most volatile world-changing decade in world history. Unfortunately, the people clinging to the relics such as job security, savings, a home and a retirement plan will be those who are most ravaged by the global financial storm approaching. I can make this statement with certainty for the following four reasons; 1.

It is the end of the industrial Age. The industrial Age begun around 1500 and ended around 2000. In 1945, at the end of World War 2, the United States was the world’s most powerful nation, the biggest of the few remaining empires of the industrial Age. During the industrial Age, countries with industrial technology, factories, great schools and weapons ruled the world. In the 1989 the World Wide Web was born. The industrial Age ended and the information Age begun. In the coming decade, more jobs will be replaced by technology as our factories are dismantled, shipped, and rebuilt in low-wage countries. The idea of a high-paying job for life and a retirement paycheck for life is an obsolete idea.

The rules of money were changed in 1971. In 1971, President Nixon took the U.S. dollar off the gold standard, and the rules of money changed. In 1971, the U.S. dollar stopped being money and became an instrument of debt. After 1971, savers became losers.

Inflation is rising. On January 4, 2000, an ounce of gold cost $282. Ten years later, on

December 30, 2010, the same ounce of gold cost $1,405 an ounce. In the last decade, when measured against gold, the U.S. dollar lost 398 percent of its value. Many in the middle class will slip into poverty in the next 10 years. When the government chose to bail out the owners of the banks, governments chose to spare the rick at the expense of the poor and the middle class.

In the coming decade, the rich will get richer and the poor and middle class will grow poorer due to taxes and inflation.

Many educated people think this is financial education, it is common to see so-called financial experts saying, “go to school and get a job, save money, cup up your credit cards and get out of debt, your house is your asset etc. When the 2007 crisis hit, many of those who followed this financial training believed that they were financially educated and lost everything; jobs, homes, retirement, and savings. Many marriages broke apart. If a person has no financial education, they cannot process information.

They do not know the difference between an asset or liability, capital gains or cash flow, fundamental investing, why the rich pay less taxes, or why debt makes some people rich and most people poor. They do not good investment from a bad investment, or good advice from bad advice. All they know is go to school, work hard, buy a house, live below your means.

Taxes are not fair. Those with financial education can earn more and pay less, even zero taxes, on millions in earnings. Taxes are also your largest single expense. If a person wants to reduce taxes they often have to change quadrants or add quadrants. More importantly than taxes is not a good idea. If you are happy and successful in the E( employee) or S( small business) quadrant, stay there and find ways to earn more, even if you pay more in taxes. The other quadrants are I( investor) and B( big business). Those in the I quadrants are able escape taxes because investors have the skill of using other people money to engage in business and just get the returns. So any taxes should pop up it will not affect the investor because he invest not with his money. Those in the B quadrants suffer no taxes

Your level of financial education determines what you do with your money and how you invest. Without financial education, your risks go up, your taxes go up, your returns go down.

People without financial education traditionally invest in a home, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and savings in a bank. These are the riskiest of all investments. With financial education, your risk go down, returns go and taxes go down. In other words, you can make more money less risk and pay less in taxes.

In many schools, school administrators are proud to say that have financial education in their schools. In reality, it is financial training, not education. Millions of highly educated people are trained rather than educated

Those in the B quadrants suffer no taxes because they employ people who run the business and those people take salary. Understand that taxes are charged on the total income of profits, therefore the big business owner does not pay tax because when the total tax value comes the big business owner will just spread it to the employees for them to pay. No matter the quadrant you operate in try and attain the best quadrants to exempt paying taxes.

For the banker, the saver’s same $ 100 is a liability. Why is it a liability to the banker? The definition of an asset is something that puts money in your pocket. The definition of a liability is something that takes money from your pocket. Since the banker must pay interest to the saver, the saver’s $ 100 is the saver’s asset and the banker’s liability. The really sad thing is that in 2010, interest rates were really low and banks were giving away great real estate. It was a time for rich to get richer, while, ironically, the poor getting poorer. The unfair advantage is the knowledge to use debt to acquire asset, assets that produce cash flow for an infinite return and to know not to save money, because money is no longer money. Money is now debt, and that is why savers are losers.

A

s the future approach certain systems and services will never be out of demand no matter what happens. We stand on a well-studied environmental process to come out with these facts. These systems and service will never run out of demand as long as humans live on earth because it has become a necessity for human survival and living. The increase in technology has its core foundation on the basis that humans are still struggling and want means to live without stress and make living more comfortable. The biggest question that can cause one to be very poor and frustrated in the future is to ask someone “what do you want to be in future” the reason is that, about 75% of the jobs available will not exist again in about 20years time. So if a person is been trained to occupy a certain work in the future which might be part of the ones that will fade out, after the person investing years in school waiting to work in the future will be greatly disappointed.

The issue at hand is that, in the future very few people will pay people as their employees, most people will pay themselves and that will the beginning of total ENTREPRENEURSHIP. There will be few ‘bosses and more managers’. It’s about time people must be able to anticipate and forecast into the future. Now the population of the world is yet to double up by 2050. This means that demand will increase but those who will be enjoying are those who will be ‘PROBLEMS SOLVERS’.

e have the kingdom of heaven which is literally a place. The kingdom of god that is the sphere of influence by the king and that is god. The kingdom of earth that is a place. The adamic dominion mandate is the mandate given by god to mankind to govern the earth. But in the process of time Adam lost this mandate to Lucifer. And that is the extension of the kingdom of Lucifer over the kingdom of earth because he now has the mandate to rule. So when Jesus came on the scene he prayed in matt 6 vs. 9 to 10 that let thy kingdom come and let thy will be done. Jesus was praying for the influence of the kingdom of god to come on earth because Lucifer is influencing it negatively. The earth is the lords but the controlling influence is of Lucifer.

Lucifer then has built the systems of the world in a way that the progress of the world will ride on the civilization of economic empowerment. And according to the prophetic agenda for Christians because we have to influence the systems of the world, our economic freedom goes beyond just a mere savings, investments. Most people have embraced the fact that when you have something of value with you, you are free. But it’s because if your value is tied by probably by your certificates, some uncle, and your business and if something bad happens then it means your value is gone. Then it is not about having something valuable with you but you being the value yourself. When you become valuable no price is so high to reach you. Being valuable is having being

something that can stand the test of time and whose demand will never run out. It could be a special knowledge, wisdom, anointing etc.

Also understand that money comes as a result of solving problems. You are not worth the money you want in life until you worth solving problems. Identify opportunities and showcase your value. Engage in the supply of goods and services. Never let financial abundance be your main motive but financial freedom rather which includes financial abundance plus peace plus time. Some have financial abundance but no time for their children and no time to really enjoy their money.

Therefore to be a good entrepreneur first start with god. Stop depending on people leaving god aside because it is the blessing of the lord that maketh rich and adds no sorrow.

Second, think like an entrepreneur. Look beyond your limited scope. Identify and see what other are just looking and take advantage of moments.

Establish something on your own.

Thirdly, have a brand. Put things together well and make yourself and your products or services unique and distinct from the normal.

In addition, make social media work for you.

Take advantage of the already existing platforms of advertisement and links.

Finally, understand networking, networking is about people. Make yourself available with your services and products and how to promote them.

In this world always look for what the people need and supply it.

or many exquisite reasons, we stand the chance as youthful people to make a positive impact on people in terms of influence and affluence and this led to the birth of Live the Life Empire (LTL Empire). We are a youthful organization who believe in our vision as a five sense charm and to engage in business entrepreneurship and social responsibility projects. For the past four years, we have been very successful in all our endeavours to the envy of many.

Our main aim is to create platforms for talent exhibition, global employment and to grant aids to the less privileged people in the society (philanthropy).

The LTL mission statement which says: “ To combine creativity, craftsmanship and entrepreneurship for an effectually youthful global amalgamation” and our motto: “Think Your Way Out” have urged us on to do some incredible projects such as My Love Gospel Concert (Talent Exposé and Fundraiser for New Life Nungua Children’s Home) in partnership with A-Jhay Charity Foundation at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church Auditorium, Madina-New Road in 2015.

In 2016, we embarked on a social media project dubbed ‘Talent Ride’ with two editions in two different countries, China and USA to empower talented people to unleash their creative side. In the same year, we were staunched for matchless greatness as we organized The Stardom Mandate Talk of Empowerment at Early Bird School, Taifa to empower KINDOMITE MAGAZINE

the youth to yearn for stardom in their future career . We reached out to the less privileged people in the society with an initiative tagged, Orphanage Touch Base (fundraiser for HVMI Children’s Home, Haatso). We got invited in April 2018 as a business firm representative for a business presentation on mind-set at Start Young Africa Inauguration, Ayeduase, Kumasi.

In the year 2017, we began a business journey and Writers’ Lodge today caters for her clients’ CVs, business proposals, letters, write-up editing, books review etc. Our business plans are set and there is more to come.

It is Live the Life Empire to the world and we can only break free, think our way out as youthful people and live the life we have been called to.

Even after 10 years in the space, I find the process rewarding but not without its challenges. Below are some best practices that can help you maneuver through those challenges to achieve event planning success.

Time and place As you begin preparing for your event, think about the event’s purpose to help you determine where and when to hold it.

For example, is it a training event? A hotel meeting room is ideal for these, and breakfast or lunch meeting times often work well for busy executives. When it comes to selecting dates, also be mindful of holidays and other events that could affect your target audience’s attendance. Every event

Collecting data from events ensures organisers can devise effective strategy and work towards consistently improve results. Metrics that should be reported and monitored include event costs and savings; tickets sales and event revenue; attendee population, engagement and satisfaction; as well as website and app usage and social media engagement. Checking this information daily means you can be proactive in reallocating marketing spend, knowing how much food to other, or inviting more people to your event, rather than waiting until it’s too late.
