ETHERNET MEDIA CONVERTER

VERSITRON MEDIA CONVERTER

Ethernet Media Converters are devices that convert Ethernet signals of different networking speeds into fiber optic cables. These devices facilitate a UTP connection on the copper side of the link that supports Ethernet cables of cat5, cat6 type. The units are equipped with a built-in ST, SC connector or support an SFP module with LC connectors on the fiber side.

VERSITRON’s Ethernet to Fiber Media Converters are extensively used in data centers, government, enterprise, and telecom sectors, as well as military and mission-critical environments. These Layer 2 switching devices offer a range of Industrial rated and PoE options, making them ideal for remote locations with limited power sources and harsh environments.
