CEO’s Foreword I am very pleased to present our 2024/25 report, which highlights the significant progress we have made towards our ESG goals. Over the past year, we have taken substantial steps to better manage the impact of our operations. We have made strong headway in our key focus areas: environmental sustainability, ethical practices, responsible procurement, and social impact.

Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging We regularly host Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) events and initiatives which all contribute to employee training through engagement, learning and development.

Prevention Policies It’s our responsibility to provide a safe and respectful workplace by implementing clear policies, providing regular training, encouraging open communication, and ensuring robust reporting and response mechanisms to prevent harassment. Our policies in place for prevention of this are:

Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy We clearly define unacceptable behaviour, including examples of harassment and bullying, and outline expectations that guarantee a respectful workplace.

Modern Slavery We do not condone any child or forced labour. We have zero tolerance towards modern slavery and have no reported child or forced labour incidents recorded in audits in our own operational site assessments. Our Modern Slavery statement is designed to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Furthermore, all new suppliers from 2024 who have been onboarded are required to complete the Supplier Questionnaire and agree to the Supplier Code of Conduct as part of the onboarding process, which includes questions on regulatory compliance and human resources and employment law matters.
