THE BLUE ROOM Our 3daysofdesign exhibition space at Lindencrones Mansion staged a variety of perspectives with which to approach the multifaceted talent that Verner Panton embodied.

The tour began with overwhelming contrasts in the ‘Blue Room’ where lounge furniture dressed in shades of blue was highlighted by sparkling chrome lighting and decor pieces to create a spectacular and retrospective ode to Panton and his everlasting love of the colour blue.

DINING ROOM The following rooms – ‘Dining’, ‘Living’ and ‘Library’ introduced a more modern atmosphere focusing on the playful versatility and timelessness of Panton’s designs. The monochrome expression of the blue room was replaced by a softer, more natural and contemporary colour palette.

LIVING ROOM

As a contrast to the Blue Room, the Living Room was almost a Panton anti-thesis. The Living Room was our take on a modern living room with an integrated work from home space. The furniture was kept in calm natural tones for an exclusive and international look and feel.

LIBRARY The last room of the tour was also the smallest but did not fail to make an impression.

This study/library was a personal space to reflect and relax in comfort and style. The colour scheme was soft, natural and contemporary. The room stood out with our new Pantop Portable stunningly placed in the antique bookcase and when we opened the windows, the soft and airy curtains floated freely around the Fun 1 STM floor lamp. Encouraged by the wind, this lamp made the most exquisite sound when the delicate, pearly seashells took motion.

The elegant Pantop line was designed by Danish designer Verner Panton in 1980. This Autumn, Verpan presents the portable version which is a perfectly downsized addition to the current Pantop collection.

n adds two new colours to its Luna Rug ction – the small circular floor rug ring the organic Luna pattern designed rner Panton in 1979. The new colours are Sand and Rose, and feature eight shades n each colour spectrum evolving from a to a darker shade.

BARBOY NEW COLOURS

2021

Verpan adds two new colours to its lineup of Barboy – the funky yet functional mobile storage unit designed by Verner Panton in 1963.

The new palette consists of a Lilac Grey, a cool grey colour with a hint of summer lilac and Mushroom, a subtle and elegant earthy shade. Both colours takes inspiration from the calm and timeless beauty of nature.
