In a very animated yet hushed voice he would say, “The rumors— they are all true.” You’ve probably already heard about this exciting announcement through the Harrisburg rumor mill or even through trusted news sources by now. Still, I’m excited

the fastest growing cities in South Dakota, we need to keep bringing in businesses that our residents need and want and continue to grow the tax base.

The 15,000 square-foot store will provide much needed goods and services in Harrisburg for residents’ do-it-yourself projects. When was your business established?: I was very honored to take over The Hair Depot August 1st 2017 from Roger Timmerman.

It’s really a long-term investment on our part. By giving part of the sales tax money back to the business to invest in start-up costs, we are helping to set the business up for

Roger recently retired after owning operating The Hair Depot for 35 years. He is an icon here in Harrisburg. His friends/clients miss him dearly. I have some really big shoes to try and fill. I hope to make him proud and keep The Hair Depot thriving for many, many more years. I became shop operator from on August 1st 2017. What are three key points you want people to know about your business?: I treat each client like I would want to be treated. I love what I do and have cut men’s hair for over 21 years. I have experience cutting all hair types.

What are some areas of specialty?: I specialize in men’s hair cutting and grooming. I can do modern new styles to the timeless classic styles.
