White Bean Dip

1 can of white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup water

Juice of one lemon

1 teaspoon sea salt

Combine all ingredient in a blender, and blend into a smooth and creamy texture. Serve as a dip with your favorite vegetables, crackers, pita bread or chips. Delish.
