Competitors vied for the bragging rights and the grand prize during The Good Life Institute’s Amazing Race in Vermilion on March 18. “I love hosting this event because it’s a great way of highlighting our community. This event requires many working components and the community does an amazing job of coming together in order to guarantee its success. There are many volunteers that give their time to this project and without them it wouldn’t be the huge hit that it is. Also, the level of passion that the teams portray is a great component to the day. People come into this event with a competitive edge and a enthusiasm for learning new skills in order to complete in the race.
