Theresa is also the founder of Sisters Encouraging Sisters and a motivational speaker at women's conferences and workshops. R: How would you describe your journey of becoming the woman and CEO you are today?
T: People told me I couldn't, so I had to show them I could with the Lord supporting me.
R: What would you say is most rewarding in what you do?
T: The reward for me is seeing others winning I enjoy sharing in others' joy at people's noteworthy successes and praising God often
R: What advice would you give someone who wants to transition from being an employee to entrepreneur?
T: My advice is to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of continuing to work for someone else vs starting your own company as an entrepreneur
I would then advise you to consider your areas of passion. Once you do, you may use your passion to help you become a successful entrepreneur. I also advise doing study on the profession you are thinking about entering, and keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with asking clarification or help when needed.
R: What are three traits you feel an entrepreneur must have?

R: How do you persist in the face of challenges within your business?
T: I spend a lot of time talking to God, and when challenges come I humbly remind the Lord that He gave me my businesses, I also spend time praying to the Lord, and asking Him to continue to order my steps by leading and guiding me
R: Why do you what you do?
T: I want to leave permanent imprints in the world so that others may know what God accomplished for me
R: How do you measure success?
T: Whenever clients return and express their gratitude for my services, it makes me happy Additionally, they tell me how it had a profound impact on their life

T: She was unstoppable and her faith was consistently activated She never stop leaning on God’s Word and promises. Through it all, she never stop looking up to the hills from where all of her help comes from.
