Who do you want to be remembered as? What do you want to be remembered for? Everyone wants to be known or remembered for the type of house, car and jewelry they had, right? That was a sarcastic statement. When you live a life seeking approval, kudos or recognition from others, are you really “living”? The pictures are posted on social media with money in hand, jewelry shining, hair laid, partying and smiles shining bright, but is the soul empty? Living a life of perfection is unrealistic, but living a life where you’re poured into, and you’re pouring into others will have your name and legacy outlive you. A person is best remembered for how they made you feel. Every day people are fighting battles and obstacles seen and unseen. The way you support, encourage and empower them during these times is how they remember you. Every day, people are accomplishing goals and celebrating “wins”. It’s in their winning season they remember how you supported, encouraged and promoted them. Money and nice things are cool to have and necessary in many cases, however, it’s the time we spend and the way we “pour” into other is how we live the life that outlives us!
