R: What would you say is most rewarding in what you do?

K: I feel the most rewarding moments are seeing the growth and impact my work has on my clients. Whether it’s empowering women through dance or teaching them how to build their businesses, I am most fulfilled when they reach their goals.

R: What advice would you give someone who wants to transition from being an employee to entrepreneur?

K: The first step is to find your “why” and keep that at the forefront of your mind each and every day. Create a plan, set realistic goals for yourself, and execute them. Seek the advice of mentors and coaches that are already where you want to be and that can provide wise counsel during your entrepreneurship journey.
