OAPN Conference

The Ohio Arts Professionals Network (OAPN) will host its 2021 Conference October 18-20 at Playhouse Square in Downtown Cleveland. OAPN’s role is to support and grow the touring arts & culture industry in Ohio. The conference will bring together presenters, agents, artists, and individuals from across the country to connect in an intimate setting. Verb Ballets was selected to perform in a juried showcase, featuring performing artists of all genres, at the Mimi Ohio Theatre. The company will perform the beautiful duet choreographed by Heinz Poll, Adagio for Two Dancers, known for its marvelous lifts and lines. The company was also selected to present a virtual pitch session video to agents during the conference to bring awareness to the new tour packages featuring story ballets by choreographers Joshua L. Peugh and Tommie-Waheed Evans. Verb is also hosting a booth in the exhibition hall to give presenters the opportunity to stop by and learn more about the company. The conference is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the company to industry professionals and let them know what Verb Ballets can bring to their stage or venue.
