IMPACT

Transforming Health, Insightfully ®

At Veradigm, we are dedicated to our mission of Transforming Health Insightfully®.

In 2023, we advanced this mission with our commitment to One Veradigm: one organization working together toward shared goals. Despite significant transitions and challenges which might have weakened other companies, Veradigm emerged stronger, thanks to our talented team members and an unwavering determination to continue our vital work in healthcare IT.

Today, Veradigm remains dedicated to advancing technology with healthcare stakeholders including the Life Science, Payer and Provider markets to optimize clinical outcomes and financial performance. We equip healthcare professionals with solutions to best serve their patients because everyone deserves quality healthcare

In this report, you’ll learn more about Veradigm’s commitment to those communities where we live, work, and play through our efforts in the environmental, social, and governance arenas, as well as in the work we do in healthcare technology through the Veradigm Network.

We are proud of our strategic philanthropic efforts to advance health equity by diversifying the future of STEM and by championing equitable access to care. We have backed notable initiatives by forward-thinking organizations in healthcare. However, corporate social impact extends

beyond financial donations and volunteer hours. It is about leveraging our business capabilities to build a better world. At Veradigm, we work daily toward this goal. We are working to better support doctors and healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care, aiding the transition to value-based care, and providing essential data to boost research. Veradigm is dedicated to making a positive, meaningful difference in healthcare, benefiting doctors, nurses, researchers, administrators, and above all, patients.

Our people are our greatest asset, fostering a workplace environment where employees are happy, well-compensated, respected, engaged, and connected, while also being creative and driven. Company-wide initiatives such as the All In To Win Bonus, hybrid work program, matching gift and volunteer rewards, Employee Resource Groups, company volunteer events, and Global Recharge Days enable employees to thrive both in the workplace and in the community.

Together as One Veradigm, we are transforming our community, our workplace, and the future of healthcare insightfully.

Veradigm envisions leveraging ever-evolving technology to enable healthcare stakeholders to deliver exceptional care. We generate efficient data sources and records to inform key stakeholders. We aid healthcare professionals in accessing crucial insights like social determinants of health and care patterns. Our network is constantly improving to reach more underrepresented populations and to eliminate barriers patients and doctors face in achieving high-quality care. This collaborative effort is centered on one goal: enhancing patient outcomes through insightful healthcare

In 2023, our Corporate Social Impact program focused on our business objective of continuously improving healthcare. We invested in two main areas: fostering diversity in technology and medicine, and supporting programs that help underresourced and underrepresented groups access care.

At Veradigm, we are more than just technology and charitable giving. We are a network of individuals working together every day to create a company dedicated to excellence in our field. Our Environmental, Social and Governance strategy integrates our culture, internal community, philanthropic efforts, corporate ethics, environmental impact, DEI programs, and mission-focused advancements, all connected to the core of our organization: transforming health with insight.

Transforming Health — Through Innovation

At Veradigm, we are more than a technology company. Our innovative solutions are designed to transform healthcare, harnessing the power of AI to enhance the quality of care, drive research with real-world evidence, and create tools that champion value-based care. By empowering medical professionals to focus on what truly matters—their patients— we’re reducing administrative burdens, closing gaps in care, and fostering a healthcare system that truly prioritizes people. We take immense pride in our commitment to transforming healthcare and making a profound difference in the lives of individuals everywhere.

The Power of AI

Insights From Our Blog

At Veradigm, we’re focused on developing and using responsible artificial intelligence (rAI) to improve the practice and quality of healthcare and to advance medical research. Our aim is to significantly impact the lives of healthcare practitioners, patients, and medical researchers alike. Our mission is clear: to develop and leverage AI technology ethically for the greater good, actively contributing to better health outcomes and improved quality of life for patients and communities worldwide.

For healthcare professionals, we want our AI tools to help combat the rising levels of administrative overload and burnout. By automating routine tasks and streamlining clinical workflows, we’re enabling doctors and nurses to redirect their focus to what matters most: patient care. This shift not only has the potential to reduce stress levels among healthcare workers but also to improve the overall quality of care. Patients, in turn, benefit from more attentive treatment, reduced waiting times, and potentially better health outcomes.

In the realm of medical research, our AI initiatives are democratizing access to data needed to better understand patient care and outcomes. Enhancing the usability of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data with AI can empower researchers from diverse backgrounds to contribute to medical advancements. Normally, EHR data is not in a format that can easily be analyzed by researchers, but AI assists in finding the right information and packaging it for easier analysis. Ultimately, this will accelerate the next wave of discoveries and treatments. Further, it will enable more personalized medicine, offering hope to patients with complex or rare conditions. By bridging the gap between clinical practice and research, we’re not just addressing current healthcare challenges, we’re actively shaping a healthier future for generations to come.

How Value-Based Care is Transforming Healthcare

Veradigm is at the forefront of transforming healthcare through valuebased care (VBC), which shifts provider compensation from the quantity of services delivered to the quality and outcomes achieved for patients. As VBC gains traction in the U.S., with over 60% of healthcare payments now including quality or value components, Veradigm plays a crucial role in this financial and care delivery transformation. By promoting digital medicine adoption and facilitating team-based care, Veradigm enables providers to deliver more effective care at lower costs. Our suite of solutions integrates seamlessly into providers’ workflows, offering actionable insights that enhance patient engagement, reduce hospitalizations, and improve overall healthcare outcomes. This approach not only drives cost savings but also improves patient satisfaction and access to care, making healthcare delivery more efficient and patient-centered.

Insights From Our Blog

Transforming Real-World Evidence Generation with Physicians in Focus

Real-World Evidence (RWE) holds tremendous promise in improving healthcare for patients by integrating clinical data with real-world insights to strengthen value, enhance patient outcomes, and inform medical strategies. An underutilization of RWE in clinical research, despite widespread interest among physicians, signals significant growth potential. However, challenges such as data accuracy and integration are prevalent, and Veradigm is focusing on solutions like user-friendly EHR systems to facilitate broader physician participation and improve data quality. Veradigm remains dedicated to leveraging its network to maximize RWE’s potential and enhance healthcare delivery across the industry.

Improving Outcomes with Care Gap Alerting

Veradigm’s introduction of our advanced solution, which integrates payer-developed health plan gap-in-care alerts directly into providers’ electronic health records (EHRs), significantly enhances patient care quality and minimizes risks. By consolidating alerts from various payers into a unified platform within the Veradigm Network of EHRs (including Touchworks and Practice Fusion), providers can seamlessly access and address care gaps without navigating multiple workflows. This integration ensures that crucial information regarding risk and quality gaps is readily available at the point of care, enhancing providers’ ability to make informed decisions promptly. Furthermore, the capability to securely retrieve patient charts via Veradigm eChart Courier supports efficient documentation and collaboration between providers and payers, ultimately improving care coordination and patient outcomes.

Cardiology Registry

Clinical data registries are pivotal in capturing real-world clinical practices. These registries systematically collect data for scientific, clinical, and policy purposes, contrasting with randomized controlled trials (RCTs) by encompassing larger patient cohorts and providing broad generalizability. They complement RCTs by offering insights into patient characteristics and care patterns that traditional trials often miss.

With their proliferation over recent decades, clinical data registries have become essential in evaluating new treatments and medications within cardiovascular medicine. They contribute extensively to scientific knowledge by leveraging big data to explore patient outcomes, care quality, and trends, thereby facilitating collaborative research and accelerating clinical insights. Structured data collection methods including integration with electronic medical records streamline registry operations, making them invaluable tools for enhancing quality of patient care and informing clinical decision-making.

The Veradigm Cardiology Registry exemplifies these benefits, supporting providers and researchers alike with comprehensive insights and tools while enhancing cardiovascular care through evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.

The power of AI

Veradigm is investing in the future ability of Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) to revolutionize healthcare by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, optimizing workflows, and personalizing patient care. Deep learning algorithms have the potential to diagnose diseases from medical images with human-like accuracy, while NLP can help analyze medical records for valuable insights. AI-powered chatbots may improve patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.

Veradigm is investing in AI with a goal to leverage these technologies in its products, such as its AI-enhanced EHR data, data enrichment services, and eChart Coder, to support better patient outcomes and healthcare system improvements. Committed to innovation, Veradigm aims to drive future healthcare advancements through continued investment in AI and ML.

Stroke is the No. 3 killer of Hispanic women. As the R.Á.P.I.D.O. sponsor, Veradigm helps to empower the HispanicLatinx community to understand stroke signs and symptoms, immediate management, and modifiable risk factors.

Go Red for Women

Go Red for Women is the American Heart Association’s national movement to increase women’s heart health awareness and to improve the lives of women. Through Go Red for Women, the American Heart Association is working in communities so women understand their greatest health threat, and the actions they can take to lower their risk. Veradigm’s support of Go Red for Women helps fund research to find cures specifically tailored for women.

Veradigm is proud to sponsor the distribution of 146 CPR Anytime kits to community organizations throughout Chicago, providing bystander CPR training to historically underrepresented communities where survival rates are even lower than the national average. Veradigm also supports the Chicago Heart Ball and Council for a Cause, which further AHA’s work in research and advocacy for heart health.

Simon’s Heart

Veradigm was proud to partner with Simon’s Heart to support their Chain of Survival Program. The initiatives include: Simon’s Heart Screenings – free screenings to help young people detect possible heart conditions; the CPR Jukebox, an innovative free CPR instruction pop up for the community;. and GotAED, which helps put AED devices in youth-related facilities. Simon’s Heart also leads advocacy work to pass Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) legislation and created a juvenile cardiac registry called Heart Bytes.

Veradigm’s commitment to Heart Health

According to the American Heart Association, cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of death in the United States, accounting for 928,741 deaths in the year 2020.

The Veradigm Cardiology Registry operates in partnership with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) to provide a comprehensive look at the real-world management and quality of care for 4 common cardiovascular conditions: heart failure, coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, and hypertension. Using information collected by electronic health record systems, we help provide healthcare institutions and patients with the most accurate, informed, and current information available to make their healthcare decisions.

To complement and support this work, we invest in organizations serving as driving forces in education, awareness, advocacy, and advancement in heart health. Please take a moment to learn about the incredible work being done that Veradigm is proud to support.

Breakthrough T1D (Formerly JDRF) created the T1Detect program to expand knowledge and awareness of T1D risk screening and monitoring among members of the general public and in the healthcare professions. The program’s goals are to reduce the risk of DKA at diagnosis, introduce AA+ individuals to clinical trial opportunities to delay and prevent disease onset, and earlier use of FDA approved treatment options. The program also aims to reduce disparities in access to screening in underrepresented populations and explore the feasibility of screening and monitoring in rural practice settings.

Veradigm is proud to be a multiyear sponsor of this program. Learn more about T1Detect

National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics

Practice Fusion is proud to provide the NAFC clinics with free EHR software. This partnership has been in effect since 2012, currently serving about 260 clinics with over 4,000 individual licenses.

According to the NAFC, there are over 1,400 free and charitable clinics and charitable pharmacies in the United States. These organizations are a critical part of America’s safety net. They provide a wide range of services to address health disparities in their communities, including (but not limited to) medical, dental, pharmaceutical, mental health, vision, and health education services. They also take on social determinants of health through programs like food pantries, job and housing assistance, transportation, and more.

Veradigm is working to make healthcare better for all. The donation of Practice Fusion software helps clinics provide better care to the most vulnerable populations. The impact of this is not just limited to better patient records – clinics using the software have reported lower patient no-show rates and are able to utilize more medical volunteers supporting their clinics.

• About 260 clinics under NAFC are using PF software, which represents about 35% of their membership.

• Veradigm is currently providing over 4,000 individual licenses

• The value of our donation is about $9.6 million in in-kind giving.

• NAFC estimates that this reaches close to 150,000 patients per year across the 260 clinics— over 400,000 medical visits.

The American Cancer Society Road to Recovery® program addresses a critical transportation need for cancer-related medical care through a network of volunteer drivers and subsidized public transportation programs.

Veradigm’s funding will help provide transportation grants to support health systems in finding patient-centered solutions that help remove barriers to cancer care. As a part of our health equity focus, we are thrilled to support this creative and impactful program to help everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, have access to the care they need.

Veradigm is proud to continue our work in advancing health equity by sponsoring Zero Prostate Cancer free cancer screening events across the country.

According to ZERO Prostate Cancer, prostate cancer usually has no symptoms until it reaches an advanced stage. Unfortunately, due to many racial disparities in healthcare, Black men are 1.7 times more likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer and 2.1 times more likely to be terminal. Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the second leading cause of cancer deaths in Black men in the United States. However, the 5-year survival rate is nearly 100% if detected early. Access to testing is crucial to increasing survival chances across all demographics.

Veradigm supported ZERO Prostate Cancer in 2023 by offering free screening tests at six 5k run/walk events in Los Angeles, the Twin Cities, Tampa, Austin, Kansas City, and Fort Worth.

“As the executive sponsor of our Veradigm Military, Veterans and Supporters ERG, I was really proud of Veradigm’s involvement in ZERO Prostate Cancer events across the country. Prostate cancer impacts veterans at an alarming rate and I’m thrilled Veradigm was able to support initiatives that get them the help they need.”

Testimonials from the National Association of Free Clinics

“I really can’t put it all into words what this partnership has meant to our clinic. We literally have changed our entire clinic process and expanded many of our services because we have Practice Fusion. I cannot imagine running our clinic without it. Thank you for your generosity and helping us help others!”

Agape Medical Clinic

“Simply put, none of the work we do would be possible without the generous donation of Practice Fusion as our electronic medical record (EMR) system…Not having to worry about the price of our EMR platform truly gives us peace of mind that we can keep providing completely free, lifesaving care for the underserved Baltimore community.”

Shepherd’s Clinic

“We have a budget of only $265,000. We would not be able to afford the large premiums for an EMR system. The funds that would go toward an EMR now go directly to taking care of patients and their needs. Not only that, but Practice Fusion is getting better and better all the time and the customer service is amazing!”

Sheep Inc. Health Care Center

“Membership to Practice Fusion is a lifeline for our clinic. Having a high quality EMR allows us to provide medical care for low income and underserved populations with a level of care that meets the norms of Healthcare in American society. We are very grateful for the contribution that Practice Fusion has made.”

Burhani Clinic

“Practice Fusion has been a Godsend to our clinic. We have used their program for many years. With all the volunteer providers, nurses, pharmacists, lab, and admins we have charting, there would be no way we could afford to purchase an EMR. Thank you so much for your dedication to the underserved.”

Sacred Heart Community Clinic

“WOW! Game-changer for us. This platform has reduced no-show rates to less than 1%. It is great for our doctors who can access records from anywhere if our patients need prescription refills or remote visits. Thanks Practice Fusion! You gave our free clinic the ability to provide a better quality of care to the hurting of our community!”

The CarePlace

“Practice Fusion is simple to use, offering all of the features we need to provide comprehensive outpatient care to nearly 2000 patients in the past 2 years. We have numerous volunteer providers who are able to quickly utilize Practice Fusion’s intuitive interface – and this definitely encourages providers to volunteer when they see how easy it is to use.”

Blue Ridge Free Clinic

“In these challenging times, partnerships like the one between NAFC and Practice Fusion play a pivotal role in strengthening the backbone of community healthcare. The positive impact of this donation extends far beyond the confines of our clinic, reaching the individuals and families who rely on us for essential diagnostic services.”

Investing in the future generation of STEM

Black Men in White Coats iis a nation-wide program that partners with medical schools to host youth summits that inspire young Black men and women to pursue careers in medicine. Veradigm was proud to support their Chicago Youth Summit in October 2023, with participation from the chairs of our Veradigm Black Alliance. The event hosted over 300 young students, as well as doctors and medical professionals who served as panelists and mentors.

Marbles Family STEM Club provides access to STEM exploration and learning to third graders from backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in STEM careers. The program includes hands-on workshops and interactive presentations led by STEM professionals, field trips, IMAX documentaries, and museum admission. Family STEM Club builds on the research showing that if a family values and understands STEM, the children living in the household are more likely to explore STEM education and career pathways.

“Our family appreciated the chance to learn together through STEM activities and positive social interactions.”

Veradigm Black Alliance (VBA) serves as a platform for colleagues to support and encourage one another from a place of commonality and shared experience. We are a centralized source of information and resources for allies and interested team members to lean in and support VBA. We are committed to providing professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities across the organization. We sponsor GiveBack events and programs to support and invest in the global community, and we support and contribute to the recruitment and retention of diverse talent. We communicate regularly to celebrate key achievements, milestones, and accomplishments of VBA members, and offer engaging content to celebrate and highlight our diverse culture.

2023 was a subtle yet impactful year for the VBA, focusing on VBA community engagement at a more direct level. Each month we provided educational postings on our Viva Engage page that related to a specific health initiative recognized in that month. We held several very successful Safe Space Conversations, where our members came together after normal business hours in a safe space environment (without judgement or retribution) to talk about issues and events that directly affect us as people of color. VBA held a year-long series of thought-provoking discussions that encouraged us to look at our careers, individual goals, and contributions to Veradigm with fresh perspectives, with topics such as “Building Your Personal Board of Directors” and “Climbing the Corporate Ladder.”

The most profound activity, however, was the partnership we established with the Black Men in White Coats organization. VBA leadership participated in the Chicago Youth Summit, and the fulfillment it left us with is unforgettable. This event exposed our youth to careers in medicinewhere we need more black and brown doctors, introduced them to

mentorship, and showed them those that look like them to let them know “this is possible.” Our very own Tejal Vakharia was able to join us for this event to make it that much more special

Supporting our Associates in Giving Back Transforming Health —

In our Communities

Veradigm firmly believes that actions speak louder than words. Through service, time, and compassion, our associates continually find ways to elevate their communities, connecting with people in ways large and small.

In 2023, Veradigm launched its first ever year-round matching gift and volunteer reward program. The program challenged associates to give dollars, time, or a combination of both to support their community in a way that is meaningful to them.

Veradigm supported these efforts by offering a “dollars for doers” program where associates could earn donations for their favorite charities in exchange for volunteering their time. Veradigm also offered a 100% matching gift program and a bonus match week around Giving Tuesday, when all gifts up to $250 were eligible for a double match.

Finally, Veradigm also offers a Board Support program, where associates who serve on boards or event committees are eligible for small sponsorships to the organizations they support.

In the program’s first year

2,677

volunteer hours

earning $13,554 donated back to charities supported.

$115,713

Employees supported 545 causes through our new matching gift program, generating a total of $115,713 from employees and corporate matches.

Company Volunteerism

When Veradigm employees meet in person, they try to make that meeting matter in more than one way. Veradigm employees are constantly engaging in fun and creative opportunities to give back to the community, from team meetings to special events. Here are just a few highlights of those efforts.

New Hire Experience

In 2023, an on-site update of the New Hire Orientation program was launched. Part of that program includes introducing new associates to the GiveBack program, while also participating in a volunteer event. Examples of these GiveBack events include building skateboards for children in Foster Care, collaborating with Wine to Water to assemble long-lasting water filters for those in need, and filling backpacks with school supplies for children who may not have the resources to purchase new items for the year.

Day of Service

Our associates rolled up their sleeves to make a difference on the 9/11 Day of Service. Over 50 volunteers from Veradigm partnered with Activate Good to give a local elementary school necessary maintenance updates for the new school year. Our associates painted, weeded, spread mulch, and more to help the school.

Holiday Toy and Clothing Drive

In celebration of the many winter holidaysthe Raleigh office orchestrated a Holiday Toy and Clothing Drive benefiting the WakeMed Children’s Hospital and Note in the Pocket. We were able to donate many toys and new clothing to those in need in the Raleigh community.

Tobacco Road Marathon

Veradigm was thrilled to return as the title sponsor for the 13th annual Tobacco Road Marathon in Raleigh, NC. The race is 26.2 miles along the beautiful American Tobacco Trail and has raised over 1.3 million dollars for North Carolina charities. Volunteers from Veradigm congratulated runners at the finish line by handing out race medals and blankets.

Supporting Professional Associations

Veradigm places a high priority on the education and professional development of our employees by sponsoring events hosted near our flagship office in North Carolina. These events include the NC Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Conference, as well as the NC Tech Diversity & Inclusion in Tech Summit. These conferences attract industry experts, peers, and other professionals, offering valuable opportunities for networking and professional growth.

Company Volunteerism

Canned Drive at NC State Fair

Veradigm associates banded together at the NC State Fair to collect canned goods benefitting the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina. The team was able to fill 6 large crate boxes in the Food Bank truck!

India Events

The Veradigm India CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) team was hard at work in 2023, bettering the communities around them through volunteering and social outreach.

In June 2023, the team visited a rural village that was facing hardships such as homelessness, to provide essential items for the community. These items included school supplies, clothing, and blankets.

In August 2023, the group visited an orphanage housing around 100 children. The orphanage is supported by a dedicated member of the local community who strives to provide both a home and education for orphaned children in the area. During the visit, the team distributed school kits and provided monetary support for the children’s daily food needs.

On the Road

When we hit the road for special events, Veradigm makes every effort to support a local charity in the area. In 2023, Veradigm supported “Hearts of Hope” in Asheville, NC and “Shower the People” in Nashville, TN by inviting event participants to build hygiene kits for local distribution At our annual President’s Club event in Cabo San Lucas, Veradigm invited a local youth shelter to come share their work with participants while supported their university scholarship fund.

In September 2023, a group of associates visited government-aided schools where children, despite their talents and aspirations, lack proper educational resources. The team spent quality time with the children and teachers and donated essential items to support their needs.

Going into 2024, the Veradigm CSR team remains dedicated to supporting underserved communities, enhancing education opportunities, and improving the quality of life for those in need.

A small but mighty group of our associates in Minnesota gathered to support the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity for a day of sanding, painting, and yard work on a new home! The team loved the opportunity to connect in person while working together for a great cause.

Transforming

Health — Through Ethics and Integrity

Just as medical professionals vow to “do no harm”, Veradigm similarly pledges to maintain our high principles and our just practices. Transparency, vigilance, and mindfulness inform all that we do.

Environmentalism

Environmental Best Practices

Veradigm strives to be an organization that prioritizes environmental responsibility in all areas of the business.

Remote Workforce

Following the pandemic, Veradigm employees thrived working in a remote environment. With over 80% of the company working from home, Veradigm employees are making a considerable positive impact on the environment. Key advantages include reduced carbon emissions from over 2,000 associates no longer commuting to an office every day, lower energy consumption and waste typically generated by large office buildings, and the promotion of energy-efficient habits that employees often adopt when spending the day in their own homes.

Sustainable Offices and Operations

When possible, our entire business operations are done through electronic and cloud-based services, reducing the need for paper. We print fewer reports (including the one you’re reading now) and materials.

Our small remaining offices are kept as sustainable as possible. Our corporate headquarters and SMART Center are in the award-winning, LEED-certified offices of the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Our flagship Raleigh office is in a walkable community with electronic vehicle charging ports, recycled office furniture, motion-sensitive lighting, and managed printing and recycling services.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions

In 2023, Veradigm began its move from consolidated data centers to a cloud model through Microsoft Azure. Through Microsoft, we are now able to track and measure the carbon emission footprint created by our technology. While Microsoft Azure is not our only source of GHG emissions, it is our largest contributor.

Scope 1: GHG Emissions from the combustion of diesel fuel and fugitive emissions from the use of refrigerants in Microsoft’s data centers.

Veradigm’s 2023 Total: 6.54 mtCO2e

Scope 2: GHG emissions include emissions from direct power consumption used to power Microsoft’s global data centers that are leased and owned by Microsoft, with a goal of 100% renewable energy sourced by 2025.

Veradigm’s 2023 Total: 7.84 mtCO2e

Veradigm will continue to explore ways to measure, track and minimize our energy usage and carbon impact over time.

Reducing Waste

Our associates are provided with a new laptop after every four years of service to ensure they have the technology needed to provide high-quality work. Retired computers and other electronics are then donated to local organizations, not only reducing waste, but also supporting the learning and connectivity of our communities. In 2023, we donated 340 laptops and nearly 60 additional electronic items to Kramden Institute, an organization that provides children and families with access to technology and the skills and resources to support them.

Following our brand change from Allscripts to Veradigm, our company had a large amount of branded items that were no longer needed. Rather than disposing of these materials, Veradigm worked with Good360 to donate at least 10 pallets of apparel and office supplies to humanitarian organization World of Giving. The value of the items donated exceeded $100,000 and the materials will be distributed to international relief organizations, schools, and partner charities.

Cyber Security Governance and Oversight

At Veradigm, we are extremely vigilant when it comes to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the sensitive information with which we have been entrusted. Using resources provided by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Veradigm works to stay ahead of the escalating and evolving cyber threats targeting the healthcare sector.
