2 Mission Statement of the 2020-2021 National VOA
As the members of the 2020-2021 National Venturing Officers' Association, We mentor and empower youth to build strong relationships with VOAs and Venturers, encouraging youth to seek leadership opportunities in Scouting and their communities.

NVOA YouTube Presence The NVOA teamed up to create a "Welcome to the Term" video for officers and our Summer Edition of the VOA vlog, documenting adventures of officers.
6 Contacting Councils NVOA's GOAL: Have a productive conversation with all councils about their Venturing program by January 1st
All 255 councils nationwide have been contacted by an Area VOA officer to support their Venturing program and VOA! Each Region and Area VOA has worked hard out to every council across the country to offer support and resources to their Venturing program and VOAs.

GROWTH STRATEGY In an effort to coach and guide Venturing crews nationwide to focus on growing their membership, the National VOA created 5 promotional graphics with quick tips and advice. Each graphic focuses on a specific aspect of recruitment and acts as an informative and reusable resource.

... We want to hear from YOU! To streamline the connection between the National VOA and the field, we've created a form to collect feedback on Venturing policies, resources, and any ideas to improve or grow the program. This form is monitored weekly and all feedback submitted will be viewed and considered by national leadership.
