Ventura’s bespoke Room Design Service empowers you to complete the decoration and furnishing of rooms, creating the home of your dreams.
It’s so hard to know exactly where to start to create your interior vision, so let Ventura’s team of design experts work with you. We’ll devise, size and create your dream room, helping you overcome how daunting and overwhelming a room renovation can be.
WHAT IS OUR ROOM DESIGN SERVICE?

Our Room Design Service consists of a series of stages to design your home, the sum of each part of the process piecing together to great effect.
Here we outline each step, and we explain how each phase offers you the chance to dwell and understand the process, adding value to the end result.
PHASE ONE A one-hour Complimentary Showroom Walk & Talk
PHASE TWO Your two-hour Ventura Room Design Consultation
PHASE THREE Your two-hour Design Presentation Meeting (2-3 weeks later)

PHASE ONE
YOUR COMPLIMENTARY SHOWROOM WALK & TALK
It makes perfect sense to come to visit us. You will see, touch and feel the quality and style of our furniture collection.
This one-hour complimentary Walk & Talk happens in our showroom with your experienced interior designer.
It is one-on-one time, where you can discuss your ideas, hopes and dreams.
Our designer will take you through the collection, explain how our design service works and answer any initial questions.
PHASE TWO YOUR AT HOME
DESIGN CONSULTATION
So, you like what you’ve seen? Awesome!
In the next phase of the process, we come to your home for an in-depth design workshop with you.
Over two-hours you will discuss styles, colour palettes, room layout and what’s possible, based on the initial brief.
Your designer will take detailed measurements if necessary.
The workshop ensures we leave your home with a perfect vision of what you want your room to be.

PHASE THREE YOUR DESIGN PRESENTATION MEETING
We’ll take time to prepare your designs and once we’re ready, we’ll invite you back into our showroom for your Room Design Presentation Meeting.
We will present you with the concept for the room, and you can make final changes.
After the two-hour Presentation Meeting, we will send you the “Design Pack”, a mood board with included fabric samples, the floor plan and a detailed quote to help you see your new room coming to life.
PHASE FOUR DELIVERY
THE FINAL UNVEIL
Finally! We’ll agree a date to bring everything to you in one go rather than multiple deliveries.
Our team will unwrap, assemble, and position your furniture.
Our team will also remove the packaging for recycling, so all that is left for you to do is settle in, relax and adore your refurbishment.
Delivery and installation charges will apply.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH OUR ROOM DESIGN SERVICE
Working with your designer, you’ll select Ventura furniture pieces you wish to bring into your room.
From upholstery and window treatments to accessories and paint, our collections are broad to help decorate your whole home, room by room.

FURNITURE
All key furniture items will be recommended to you, from the Ventura bespoke collection.
UPHOLSTERY
From sofas to headboards, suggestions for upholstery are provided.
WINDOW TREATMENTS
Window treatments such as luxurious roman blinds, functional roller blinds and exquisite curtains, and their full specifications, will be provided and our Window team will measure, fit and install.
ACCESSORIES
Those finer details, including accessories, vases and artwork, are included.
FLOORING
We will recommend floor finishes, for example timber or engineered flooring, or luxury carpets, and we can refer you to Ventura’s preferred partners
PAINT
We will recommend colours for your walls and woodwork using our Ventura palette of shades.
FITTED JOINERY AND FURNITURE
We will recommend stylish built-in bookcases, media units and panelled wall decor, and we can refer you to Ventura’s preferred joinery partner.
THE COSTS & CALCULATIONS
Our Room Design Service costs €500 per room.
If you require a home visit, a fee of €385 will apply. Travel time and mileage costs will apply outside the greater Dublin area.
This service is limited to max 3 rooms.
WHAT’S IMPORTANT FOR US?
To understand your timeframe, our order quotes are valid for 3 months from issue, so give a little thought to your timings.
You will pay the design fee per room upfront. Additional changes to the designs will be charged at €90 per hour. Outstanding design fee charges will be paid before the design pack is issued.
After this, you have time to think things through, before placing your order.
If you’d like to go ahead, we ask for a 50% deposit on the order total.
The final 50% is due two weeks ahead of your delivery day. (The design fee is not refundable or deductible from the final cost of the project).
