Breed Restrictions POLICY FOR RESIDENTS
Venterra Breed Restrictions We welcome furry family members as we know the joy they bring. Because they matter to you, they matter to us. Please follow the guidelines we have set forth below to keep furry family member a happy member of our community. Please ensure that your pet is registered with the office. This includes:
• A completed Animal Addendum • All necessary Pet Fees and Deposits (for your convenience, this can be broken into 3 payments) - $100 Deposit and $300 Fee for 1 animal - $200 Deposit and $400 Fee for 2 animals
If your four-legged friend is a dog, in order to keep everyone happy and healthy, please remember to keep your dog on a leash as you walk it within the community; also please remember to pick up after your pooch as poo left behind is unsightly, smelly, and can transmit disease.
