VENTERRA REALTY TRANSFER GUIDELINES The following applies to all residents unless otherwise approved by senior management. ******************************************************************************************

Property to Property Transfer: Venterra will accommodate a mid-lease property to property transfer with the following provisions: 1.

Resident must be in their current lease at least 6 months.

Resident must give a 60 day notice on the apartment they are currently renting.

Resident must pay the transfer fee in the amount of $500.

Resident must pay a new admin fee for re-screening.

Residents must pass the screening criteria.

Residents transferring must apply a new deposit for the new unit.

Current deposits will transfer over to the new unit as a credit less any inadequate rent payments or unit damage charges.

8. New lease must be signed based on YieldStar pricing for the appropriate lease term and move in date.

Transfer at Lease End: Venterra will treat a transfer at the end of a lease very similar to a new lease. Resident can prelease a different unit based on today’s pricing toward the end of their lease term.

1. Resident must provide a new app fee for re-screening and qualify for the new unit.

2. Resident must provide a new deposit.

3. Current deposits will transfer over to the new unit as a credit less any inadequate rent payments or unit damage charges.

4. Residents must fulfill their entire initial lease agreement and have an account in good standing prior to transfer.
