Positioned in close proximity to trail systems, VENTANA boasts 200 townhomes strategically oriented so that every unit has a breathtaking view. Each bedroom is designed to offer a private balcony or patio, allowing residents to enjoy the serene surroundings. Furthermore, residents have exclusive access to all resort amenities, including the expansive 10,000-square-foot pool, rejuvenating spa, outfitters, and outdoor amphitheater. With masterful building orientation, guests can fully immerse themselves in the beauty and adventure that VENTANA has to offer.

Each element mindfully selected to echo a world where humanity and nature coexist harmoniously all secure, durable, and easily cleaned.

Natural ﬁbers such as wool, linen, organic cotton, and silk and natural materials like wood, earthen clay, and stone.

Hand of the Craftsperson: Our design isn't merely about aesthetics; it's a tribute to the age-old crafts that are slowly fading in the modern world. Every element, from the furniture to the decor, proudly bears the signature of the craftsperson who breathed life into it.

Hand Plane & Chisel Stone: Every stone tells a story, crafted not by machines but by skilled artisans Using traditional hand planes and chisels, the stone surfaces subtly display the marks and nuances introduced by human touch, ensuring no two pieces are identical.

AUTHENTIC EXPLORER MATERIALS

Natural building materials like wood, earthen clay, and stone.

Unstripped or Bleached Wood: Sourced from sustainable forests, the wood in our design concept is presented in its most organic form. With cambium and bark still intact, it showcases the intricate grain patterns and the warm, comforting hues that are often lost in heavily processed wood.
