The design is inspired by the nature’s artisans: Wind, Water, and Sun.

RESTAURANT
The restaurant is designed with a neutral color palette to create a serene and tranquil atmosphere ideal for a sophisticated dining experience. At the core we want a harmonious blend of sophistication with natural elements and perhaps a touch of whimsy. The decor features a remarkable finish that skillfully mimics the layered look of rammed earth and wood, bringing an organic, earthy texture, but we introduce unexpected pops of color, adding a dimension of fun ensuring that every dining experience that is also uniquely memorable.

Positioned in close proximity to trail systems, VENTANA boasts 200 townhomes strategically oriented so that every unit has a breathtaking view. Each bedroom is designed to offer a private balcony or patio, allowing residents to enjoy the serene surroundings. Furthermore, residents have exclusive access to all resort amenities, including the expansive 10,000-square-foot pool, rejuvenating spa, outfitters, and outdoor amphitheater. With masterful building orientation, guests can fully immerse themselves in the beauty and adventure that VENTANA has to offer.

Embracing the spirit of exploration, our hotel design concept strives to reconnect inhabitants with the pure essence of nature while celebrating the hand of the craftsperson. Each element mindfully selected to echo a world where humanity and nature coexist harmoniously all secure, durable, and easily cleaned.

Hand Plane & Chisel Stone: Every stone tells a story, crafted not by machines but by skilled artisans Using traditional hand planes and chisels, the stone surfaces subtly display the marks and nuances introduced by human touch, ensuring no two pieces are identical.

Unstripped or Bleached Wood: Sourced from sustainable forests, the wood in our design concept is presented in its most organic form. With cambium and bark still intact, it showcases the intricate grain patterns and the warm, comforting hues that are often lost in heavily processed wood.
