Connect dock sections quickly and easily. The patented Wave Armor H-Beams feature molded-in inserts that align with the slots on the top deck of each Wave Armor Dock Section. With molded-in handles, H-Beams simply slide into the molded-in H-Beam channels on any side of the dock sections.

H-BEAM GUIDE

• Line up two Wave Dock sections end to end. Butt them up tight against each other and insert the H-Beam into the channels. Be sure to have the brass inserts on the H-Beam facing upwards. The tapered end of the H-Beam should be inserted first (see image A). Use lubricant (dish soap) to allow the H-Beam to slide into position easier.

• Pound the H-Beam into the dock section channels using a 10-12lb Sledgehammer until the brass inserts align with the slots on dock surface. The H-Beam should be all the way in and not sticking out of the channel.

• Once inserts are aligned with the slots, secure the H-Beam using bolts and washers:
