OUR TRAINING

We have developed OverSpeed training programs to help players increase bat speed. We support this training with many other training programs including counterweight training, power mechanics protocols, warm-up programs, and even on-deck protocols.

TRAINING VIDEO

The VELO Puck brings MLB puck knob technology to all players. Made from a silicone rubber in two sizes and 4 colors, the VELO puck securely fits onto any bat knob easily converting it into a puck knob bat. The 2.25 ounce VELO Puck shifts the balance point towards the handle causing a reduction in MOI. This improves the balance of the bat helping the player to increase bat speed and keep the bat on plane longer through the zone.

Feel the same improvement in plane, launch angle, and exit velocity that has made the puck knob increasingly popular in the MLB.

OverSpeed training is the future of time tested Overload/underload Training in Baseball. VELO Sports has optimized the weight of the training bats around the game bat of the player and created the most comprehensive training program on the market. Our bat speed training is used by MLB, collegiate, elite players.

The system comes with complimentary training videos with coach Matt Antonelli that take about 10 minutes to perform and are done 3x per week. Players see an average gain of 6% in bat speed in the first six weeks.

Available in 3 different sizes for both baseball and softball, the VELO Overspeed system comes with 1 base bat and two specifically weighted sleeves that easily slide onto the bat to gradually increase the load.

PRGR RADAR

The PRGR is a multi-sport radar that can measure bat speed with dry swings, as well as exit velocity and pitch velocity.
