This provides a medium difficult unstable surface and is great for general ground reaction for training.
Provides the most difficult unstable surface on the bottom of the board. This is also great for wedging the feet and creating specific slants with the board.
This attachment provides detailed point of application training for ground forces. This is also the easiest unstable surface.
