ENVIROWEIGH dynamic bin weighing has full British and European approval. It can be installed onto most types of RCVs lifting hoists and weighs the precise weight of waste collected from wheeled bin containers during the normal loading cycle. There is no need to stop the lifter and speeds are not compromised. Each lifting chair or arm is installed with a weighing load cell and can weigh two bins independently and simultaneously.

LOADWEIGH is a high accuracy payload system, precision engineered by Vehicle Weighing Solutions. The onboard weighing systems can be fitted with the M350S weight display, which has been designed for high accuracy in rugged conditions, and is made in the UK.
LOADWEIGH helps to manage vehicle overloading by measuring the weight of the vehicle and its payload.
Using LOADWEIGH to accurately manage weights, operators can increase profitability by reducing the risks of running light and missing revenue generating opportunities.
LOADWEIGH's high accuracy provides net, load, gross and axle weight data of +/0.5% fsd or better and the system features audible and visual overload alarms. The system integrates with VWS telematics and tracking systems and VWS offer unrivalled on-site service and support.

VOPS2 is an extremely reliable and robust overload protection system which can be fitted to most types of vehicles during the manufacture process or can be retrofitted.
When it is not possible to fit a load cell to your vehicle, VOPS2 Overload Protection System offers a fantastic alternative, though its accuracy is not as precise as an underbody weighing load cell.
With VOPS2, the driver gets an in cab display, which can be shown in percentage or kg weight, and the data stream can be connected to most telematic systems.
PurGo waste management software has been organically designed from the ground up, working closely with operators to ensure the system provides a solution that is in tune with the needs of the industry.
It is a joined up waste collection solution, encompassing existing back office systems, in-cab & handheld devices and the waste collection crew themselves. It delivers a relevant and powerful management and intelligence tool, developed to improve operational efficiency for vehicle and waste mangement operators alike.
We can also integrate with a number of other software solutions to help you to get the most out of our hardware. For example, we have recently worked with a customer to successfully and smoothly integrate with GTD software on their request.

The APOLLO Fixed is a high specification axle and gross vehicle weigher, designed to be configured as either a static axle weigh bridge or a dynamic, low-speed, in-motion weighing system. It can be used for check-weighing, vehicle limit enforcement and overload protection for transport operators.
The electronic weighing controller is encased within a stainless steel or ABS enclosure and can be mounted directly on an office wall or desk, or enclosed in a separate cabinet for external mounting.

The PT300 is a drive-on portable wheel weigh pad, which gives you the ability to read and store gross, axle and individual wheel weights. The Apollo PT300 axle weigh pad is lightweight and robust.
Built using high resistance avionics grade aluminium alloy and coated with an anodised finish for increased corrosion protection. The weigh pads are mechanically strong, portable and easy to use.

Designed in the UK, the VWS SMART TAGs are an approved and high-quality transponder chip for identification and are designed to work seamlessly with VWS RFID and weighing systems.
VWS SMART TAGS can be used in a variety of ways in fleet management. They can be programmed to incorporate identification data before they are fitted to vehicles or other assets, often by discreet and non-damaging self-adhesive means.
The RFID tags can then be wirelessly interrogated by VWS SMART TAG READERS and depending upon the type and frequency of the tags, they can be read at varying distances from each other, to suit the operation. They can be used as a method of recording vehicle utilisation, vehicle weight when passing over a weigh bridge, or for charging on toll roads or controlled areas.
Our partner company, Applied RFID, can cover all frequencies and styles of RFID tags.
