Will Nobles, CEO/Founder Will is a seasoned IT veteran with a track record of helping small to large companies find IT success. With more than 25 years in IT, Will is recognized as a top cyber security expert with two IT degrees and a number of certifications. Since founding Vector Choice in 2008, Will and his team have grown the firm to become one of the leading managed security service providers in the country.

Lee Childers, CTO He has formally served in the IT field for 20+ years with experience applying processes, problem-solving, utilizing technical skills and coaching others to improve individual, team and organizational performance. He serves as an expert in business and systems analytics, project management, hardware and application implementations alongside solving network and infrastructure related issues.

Jeremy Bello, Director of Technical Operations Jeremy joined the Vector Choice team in 2015, and has nearly two decades of IT experience. Prior to joining the team, Jeremy was an IT consultant for a variety of companies where he gained valuable experience working with a vast array of technology solutions and systems. Tony Adger, Project Manager Tony currently serves as the Project Manager where he makes sure clients’ projects are successful from beginning to end. He is also proficient in computer diagnostics and repair, network administration, network security and blockchain technologies.

Gabby Seitz, Director of Finance Gabrielle has learned and grown with the company and is currently serving as the Finance Manager. The majority of her business experience comes from her time spent with Vector Choice, making her highly qualified to serve Vector Choice and each of our clients.

Chelsea Vicknair, Marketing Manager Chelsea is the marketing manager for Vector Choice Technology Solutions. Chelsea came to Vector Choice in 2019 with 5 years of marketing experience. Chelsea leads all of our marketing campaigns, social media, graphic designs, and more.

Sarah Jasim, Service Manager Sarah joined as Service Manager in September 2021 and came with 10 years’ experience in the Saas and MSP industry. She leads and manages our service team by ensuring our SLA goals are met and client experience is improved through outlining Help Desk processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation, and ensuring changes are made in a timely fashion.

WHAT DOES “MSP” MEAN? Managed Services Provider. MSP is just a fancy way of saying that one company manages several of your technology services--hosting your email or phone, maintaining hardware like servers or laptops or even more complex solutions like building software.

WHAT DOES “MSSP” MEAN? Same as above, but the extra “S” simply accentuates that particular MSP also specializes in offering security services like dark web monitoring, data recovery if you were ever hacked and other security services that maintain the safety and integrity of your company’s technology environment.
