The Vecellio Group extends deepest sympathies to the family, friends and coworkers of those we lost during the first part of this year. They will be missed.

Melissa Stanley-Bartusiak

Melissa Stanley began her Vecellio career in January 2006 as an Accounts Receivable clerk out of the Beckley office. With her hard work and dedication, she took on many roles and ultimately became the Accounting Manager for Vecenergy.

In June, Melissa and her husband Sam, were killed in a tragic motorcycle accident while riding in West Virginia, something they loved to do. Her work families in Beckley, West Palm Beach, Port Everglades, and throughout Vecenergy will miss her deeply and will never forget her kindness and willingness to lend a helping hand. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Melissa’s family and friends.

Kory Kirwin

Kory M. Kirwin passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 31. While Kory was not with V&G for that long, he had an immediate impact as a Laborer on V&G’s largest project, the Rockingham Bypass. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Our hearts go out to Kory’s family, especially his twelve-year-old daughter, Rylie.
